Besvarelse fra Katsi's Crafty Things
Hi,
This is an ongoing order where in DPD have returned the package to us after it was covered in paint. The items themselves are okay and have been repackaged and dispatched again today. Full and open communication has been made with the buyer as they were completely unaware of what had happened. As with all of our orders we work very hard to ensure that we go above and beyond with both the order itself and any follow up communication. An unfortunate review as this has been dealt with swiftly and customer made aware before they even realised there was a problem.

Absolute best
Katsi and Colin are two of the most nicest people ever. They are always willing to help with any issues. They have stunning diamond arts (a lot which they design themselves) that are very affordable and a bonus the colour splash collection has 2 ABs in every picture which is amazing. The 3d trays and resin cover minders are fabulous and well made. They are at such an affordable price and if Colin doesn’t stop getting pretty colours for the 3d printer I’m gonna be broke haha as his tray are the absolute best. Would highly highly recommend them to anyone.
