Completed my first dancathon with parul ma'am and it was enriching on so many levels.

Learning Kathak was my dream from childhood which has come true because of Parul ma'am. She teaches everything very beautifully with real life examples which makes learning intersting and easy. The examples helps me to remember how to do the step like the hand movement number one is distributing chocolates. I am a PhD student, our life is hectic and busy. But kathak has added grace to it and have helped me to relax and restart my next day with full energy. Once I am perfect with basics I want to take this journey ahead. Thank you for such a wonderful experience.

Though it’s only been two days of theory, Parul Ma’am’s structured approach has already given me a deeper appreciation of Kathak’s history, rhythm, and footwork. My first live class begins next Tuesday March 18th.

So far I completed 2 Modules of theory understanding the basics of Kathak. Parul Ma'am's teaching beautifully blends tradition with clarity, making Kathak’s rich history, rhythm, and footwork feel both accessible and engaging. I'm so happy that finally I started living my dream. Yes I am a born dancer. Dance is in me and always wanted to learn dance and take it professionally which didn't happen for me and I don't know how this miracle happened and kathak came in to my life through Parul ma'am. I'm so blessed by God and grateful to parul ma'am that she entered in my heart and mind through one of her post about the webinar and I didn't give a thought and touched and clicked and registered myself for a beautiful and soulful form of art Kathak. It was very difficult for me to go anywhere out and learn anything as I am working as pharmacist in a hospital, i have 9 hours duty. I felt these classes helped me to learn dance, as i myself a patient I had restricted my movements after surgeries, but I got the confidence I also can do something. That feeling was so important for me. Yes i learnt tatkar, namaskar, and hand movements. It was also like workout for me during practice. I am happy that I also can do something little. At least small things.

I am happy to be here. I am a Silver member. All classes were amazing. Parul Mam teaches so well that it is easily understandable. We have access to all videos for lifetime and that's the plus point. We can learn dance anywhere anytime. In this busy schedule we can learn our hobby which is still a dream of many people. I have taken this step and will surely go ahead. It's a Dream come true for me, I always wanted to learn Kathak since childhood but never got an opportunity. I am so happy that Parul Gurumaa started this online dance class for us. The best part is that I don't feel I am learning Kathak online. It is just like offline classes where Parul Gurumaa takes personal interest on each student. She is such a good and dedicated teacher. I am blessed to be a part of her dance group.
