Lots of different bonuses and incentives that once you let them build up can be lucrative. The withdrawal times for me have been very quick most times on the same day. The one drawback which should be addressed by them is the minimum withdrawal of £100 other than that it has been a good experience.

Big Con. They stole over £800 and suspended me. I have so many emails from different staff members, one told me there was no record of me, another they took my money without giving me notice, I saw £600 disappear whilst I was playing. They gave me different accounts of why they took the money I had won. They need shutting down

I tried to withdraw £100 which has took 3 attempts and still pending checks.
1st attempt declined as technical issues and took 2days. You then follow process again
2nd attempt exactly the same and another 2 days
I’m now on 3rd attempt and still pending checks, and got to wait until tomorrow for it to probably decline

SCAM as everyone is saying- deposited £20 - got to £140 ish and went to withdraw £100 - email wouldn't verify - so went on live chat - they said for me to open another email account - I said no. Been on today to gamble stupid and lose the money- went on live chat to ask to cancel and deactivate my account - tried to tempt me with free spins etc- I said no - she sent me details of what to do as she said she couldn't do it - surprise surprise it said I would get email with details of how to deactivate - so I said how can I do that when you can't verify my email address - so then she did it and excluded me permanent as that is what I asked - DEFINITELY AVOID AT ALL COSTS

First time player and somehow managed to win my money back £140. Tried to withdraw as the minimum is £100, wanted me to verify my email address. This is when things started to take a turn for the worse. I wasn’t receiving any verification from them to my email, even tried a different email address. It’s got scam written all over it. Avoid at all costs. Ended up losing the £140 on the slots out of frustration. I’ve emailed the support team and had no response whatsoever.

Terrible took money out my bank and didn't put funds on balance never won proper and had problems with verifying.

Hi Patricia Sage I went on this site. And spent 10 pound. Won 70. Said it had to he 100 to withdraw. So played more got to over100 .Tried to withdraw and said my email was not registered. Tried to do several things the site told me. And the money disappeared. A real scam site. Should be shut down. Be warned People

No way of collecting my winnings, I don't have a driving license or a valid passport, tried contacting them and they said go to the bank and get a proof of ownership of MY account, didn't need proof then I deposited money. Stay clear of this site, at first I thought it was the national lottery as advertised but it's not.

Avoid this online casino site at all costs. I opened an account with them and deposited £40. I had a little look around the site before spending any money, and found it to be very slow and glichy. So first off i am a real player, not a bot created by the casino to boost reviews, here’s my experience with them: first time deposit £20 had some good luck on coin volcano 2 dropped all the way down to £1.30 i think, i was playing other games but from that 1.30 somehow managed to crawl my way up to around £200 i think it was, now reading the reviews beforehand i knew that this is dodgy asf very risky to whether im going to get a payout, i withdrew £100 (the minimum you can withdraw which is a red flag in itself) and kept playing the with remaining money however, once i withdrew its almost like the site banned me from winning on any slot game just dead spin after dead spin. By some miracle i actually did receive my withdrawl (hence the 3 stars) but i consider myself lucky looking at some of the other reviews on here. I did have to go through a verification process which wasn’t actually too bad imo, but do get the feeling that the only reason i got a payout was 1. because i was a new player fresh account and 2. because i withdrew the minimum amount you can i feel like if i was to try withdraw the full 200 i would’ve experienced the same issues that other players on the site seem to be experiencing.
