If you have an issue, you are on your own

I ordered a large TV stand from their website and paid for the delivery. The first trip, the unit arrived flat pack and was assembled in the living room. The team saw that it was damaged and asked if I would be happy to receive a replacement shelf in the mail, but I opted to have them take it back and come back with a good unit (or this unit with good parts).

When they came back, the unit was assembled and looked good. I signed, and they left. What I did not discover is that for the internal shelves, they only used 3 out of 4 of the adjustable shelf standoffs, so I didn't notice until I tried to put something in the shelves and they tilted backward. What's worse is the unit is missing one of the support legs from underneath. There is a large screw coming down without the leg (Part N according to the label on the others).

I have called, used their text, and tried their email. When you call, it goes to voicemail, and they do not call you back. If you email, they do not email you back. If you use the website's text feature, you get one reply to the initial submission, and they act like it is the first they usually say something like, "We will look into it," but they never do. I feel I was reasonable each time simply asking they send me part N (the missing leg), and I would attach it myself.

Beware of this company. You might get a good product and never need them, but their support process is completely non-existent, and they will not help you after the sale!

Very Bad Experience with Kassa Furniture Mall

My experience with Kassa Furniture Mall has been very disappointing. The delivery was not made on the dates originally committed, and I had to make multiple follow-ups just to get basic updates. On the scheduled delivery day, they changed the delivery date and postponed it by another two weeks without prior notice. This reflects a serious lack of professionalism and reliability. Additionally, there seems to be no customer service manager or escalation path to address concerns. I would strongly advise others to be cautious before making any purchases here.

I purchased a sofa and loveseat from this company on 6/2/2025. I was told it would take 3 to 6 weeks to get it because it is custom made from Jackson furniture. I said fine and placed my order. It took 7 weeks to receive it and would have been fine with that except they sent me a used sofa. The sofa had stains all over it, a hole in the lining of the bottom of it, and no legs on it. I immediately contacted them the same day it was delivered and provided pictures of the issues. They emailed me Bach saying a technician would be coming out to resolve the issues. That was last month. As of today I have yet to hear from them even though I reached out to them several times. The set was not new it’s a used set and the dates on the tags on the furniture are from 2024, again I ordered it on 6/2/2025. During the process of waiting for the furniture the communication was terrible or nonexistent. I’ve had to contact them every step of the way, they do not keep you informed on anything. I am currently filling my complaints against the company and taking steps to take them to small claims. Please do buy from this company. Had I read the reviews before ordering I wouldn’t have purchased anything from Kassa Mall either. Again, don’t buy anything from them. They don’t do good business, you will be scammed.

Avoid Kassa Mall Home Furniture – Poor Quality and No Customer Service

I purchased a sofa from Kassa Mall Home Furniture (Houston, TX) on January 17, 2024, with delivery on March 1, 2024. The sofa arrived damaged — the frame and legs were broken, and the overall craftsmanship was poor. I contacted the store immediately with photos and proof of purchase, requesting a refund, replacement, or repair. They have ignored every message and provided no resolution. After researching, I discovered many other customers with similar complaints about damaged furniture and no customer support. Save yourself time, money, and frustration — avoid Kassa Mall Home Furniture and buy from a reputable store that stands behind its products.
