I Received the Box and Parts for the Tie Downs F2007. Box was Labeled as R3503.
I Returned the Box, and Parts, in Better Shape Than I Received Them. (Box was Torn and Damaged.
The Mistake of Receiving the Wrong Parts was/is on KART IT 's. End.
My Checking Account was Charged $323.04. and KART IT has messaged me via email, that a Refund of $161.53, was being processed as my Refund,
I have responded Multiple Times, via email, and I feel like it is Not Reaching a person. But Rather a Computer.
Amazon 's Answer is to Contact KART IT.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. I ordered and paid for an item that has never been delivered. Called and emailed Kart It with no resolution to my issue. Spend your money elsewhere. Do not use this dishonest vendor ever.
Scam of a company
Scam of a company. When you order something they ship something you didn't order instead. When you complain and try to return they offer you a 40% discount to keep the item you didn't order. I ordered a pool and got a chair, through this seller on walmart. Trying to return the chair has been a nightmare. This company is a scamming company that ships you random things instead of what you actually order. Do not order from them.

Total bait and switch (false adverting) We purchased a outdoor table and chairs set through Walmart and it was Kartit who was to ship.They sent a 36" game table. We have told them that we want what we ordered and 1st they offered the table that they sent for 30% off. The set we wanted is still online but now when you click the link it shows the game table

I do not recommend buying from this company their service department just tells you to stay safe and have a nice day every inquiry takes 7 to 10 business days and they want you to pay for return shipping on a damaged item not at all very good at customer service .

I have been dealing with Kart It for days and I still have not received any prepaid postage labels to return the chairs. Very frustrating and terrible customer service. Buyer beware!

I purchased a microwave through Amazon from thus company. I tried to return the item because I could not use it. They tried to charge me a 30% restocking fee and wanted me to pay for the return shipping. After trying to work with them I finally decided to just give it away. I reported then to Amazon also. I will NEVER order anything that that company sells again. Because of this bad experience I'm going to drastically reduce my shopping on Amazon because they did not make it good. Beware!!
Terrible company
Terrible company. I had a similar experience to other reviewers. They do try to charge you return shipping and restocking fees on all returns, even defective items. I purchased something for $650 and it was defective. After waiting weeks for them to accept the return, they kept $95 for themselves. I filed a dispute with my credit card company.
This company is absolutely terrible
This company is absolutely terrible, and I wish I had researched them before buying from them on Amazon. I bought a vent fan from them on Amazon that appeared to be new. However, after purchasing the item I noticed that it was listed as "certified refurbished" down in the fine print. They were charging full price for the refurbished item, so I tried to cancel it so I could buy it new from somewhere else. It was only hours after ordering and the item hadn't shipped but I was told "they would try to cancel it." Of course it wasn't cancelled and shipped to me anyway, so I had to return the item. I had to fight with them just to cover the shipping costs of a return and then after finally getting my prepaid label, they are telling me they will refund me the cost of the item LESS 20 dollars.... the item only cost $119, so losing 20 dollars of it for a "restocking fee" is absolutely absurd. There was no return or restocking policy anywhere to be found on their Amazon listing. Its being returned new in its original box, so it only has to be put back on a shelf. This company is a total scam and I am going to warn everyone I know to NOT buy from them on Amazon.

WORST COMPANY EVER!!!. I ordered a mini fridge and they sent a micro ice machine. I Paid $53 to ship it back and asked for the correct item to be shipped, and they told me it wasnt in stock and didnt know when it would be. Then amazon and this company refused to reimburse me. BUYER BEWARE!! basically paid these guys to take my money. ZERO STARS!!!

This company tried to make me pay for return shipping for large items that weren't supposed to be shipped. Then I had to prove to them that they actually had been returned- they'd had them for 10 days. In the end they took half of the cost of one chair.

Never trust a company that has no idea how to offer customer service. This is the worst place. Endless days of fighting for something that never arrived. No resolution, no offer to help, nothing. So finally had to call the credit card company to dispute the charge. Don’t ever shop here.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Ordered chairs and one came with arm broken and they were not same color as online, they are much lighter. Now they are saying I have to pay shipping on them to send back which is $112.00 for each box. This is ridiculous. I have sent them pictures of broken piece and boxes and everything they wanted. Now I have contacted Amazon about them which is where I ordered them from. I jus r want two shipping labels prepaid by kartit and get a refund. Will never buy anything from this company again. This is the first problem I have ever had returning something. UPS said they should be paying for the shipping not me and to contact Amazon.
