We ordered a bell tent awning from Karma Canvas. It arrived without instructions. When we inserted the pole and fitted the bottom pieces in the canvas ripped at the edging. I spoke to the company and they said the bottom strap needed to be loosened before inserting the connecting pieces. This was not explained anywhere. They confirmed that the awning does not have instructions. They refused to refund me or replace and now they have not replied to my emails. I paid £169.

Ordered the Nomad Vista Pro with secondary burn together with a twin wall flue section and flashing. It arrived super fast and is now fitted in my 5m bell tent. Wow, what a cracking stove this is. I can’t take my eyes off it and can sit all night looking at the flames through the large glass window. The heat it kicks out is phenomenal….it’s mid October and blowing a gale outside and I’m sitting here in a t-shirt writing this. All in all a sublime piece of well engineered kit from a quality outfit.

We love our Bell Tent Polypropylene Matting - used for the first time this weekend. Really warms up the tent and easy to clean and pack away.

Being new to bell tents, we had lots of questions after receiving the tent, that would have tested the patience of a Saint. Ed was fantastic, helping us through the basics.
