Paul was recommended to me and he delivered what was required efficiently and with excellent communication.
The case was complicated but we worked together to navigate around the many issues that came up.
We are in the process of purchasing another building where we will certainly be coming back to Paul to help us refinance.

I can not recommend Karis Capital enough. The level of service, professionalism and speed is something quite rare nowadays. Our transaction on a £2m property was time critical. The pressure was immense but thanks to Dan & his team, it was delivered on time and they took all the stress out of it for us.
It was an absolute pleasure to work with Karis Capital and from now on all our property transactions will be dealt with by them. Will not go anywhere else!!!

From start to finish Franco was professional, caring and so understanding of our situation and what we needed. He took time to explain everything and ensure our needs were met. He also was incredibly contactable and quick to reply.
We couldn’t recommend Franco personally enough and the company as a whole, and thank him for all he has done for us and how professional and efficient he has been. He made the whole process so much easier than expected.
