Unfortunately the boxes received did…
Unfortunately the boxes received did not match the measurements stated on the website (this has now been updated). No discount was offered even thought the 'postal' boxes no longer qualify for our packaging for large letter postage. Such a shame as I've always been happy with the service.

I'm disappointed in your review as I thought we had dealt with matters amicably. Just to be clear the Lima boxes still qualify as postal boxes, even at 22mm thick when packed appropriately. Moving forward this whole range is currently being remade at a height of 19mm overall to make the product even easier to post.

Helpful customer services
I ordered some items that were being discontinued and unfortunately some items were already out of stock by the time my order went to be printed. They called and offered me a substitute for the same price, which I was happy with. The order was completed and delivered within the time frame advised, and the the quality of the products is good.
