We are a team of adventure enthusiasts who love everything about The great Region of Africa. Our team are only locals who know the area very well, and fascinated by this land. we have done all our best, making sure that all of its best destinations are included into our tours. Most of our team members travel every year, deepening our knowledge of the region and making our adventure itineraries better. At all times we are keeping abreast the local developments in tourism, making sure that our team is the first to know about the openings of the new travel spots or the adoption of new regulations in the national parks. We love to keep a finger on the pulse of Condgo, Rwanda and Uganda travel trends, and offer the newest and the rawest impressions to our visitors. Our only office is located in Goma a town located at the foothills of Mount Nyiragongo, in the Democratic Republic of Congo. Our local presence is exactly what makes it possible for our Company to give accurate, competent and up-to-date travel advice to our clients and to ensure the highest comfort and safety standards in our expeditions. We are not a travel agency that simply resells travel packages – we are a fully licensed tour operator, which actually organizes and runs its own trips. Also, we are proud to have special relationships with many hotels, lodges and providers of adventure activities. We know in person the key people in the Congo. Rwanda and Uganda tourism community, and they help us to offer the best and newest attractions to our visitors. KRB Safaris Company is proud to be one of the youngest and largest travel companies in the country.

Terrible experience. Stay away

Had a terrible experience with Baraka, sent me to climb a mountain without breakfast, food, enough water or a rain jacket, the guy never even sent me a proper itinerary. He is not a guide, just a broker who brings clients and match them with other vendors, he did not spend a day with me and the "guide" he sent me with barely spoke English and was only a driver. I had to cancel my trip with this company in one point and to find a different guide in the middle of Rwanda. Absolutely not recommended and I regret using this company for my Rwanda and Uganda trip.

I hope that you are well. First of all i thank you for this first negative review, it will help us to change so that non one experiences what you experienced.

I am incredibly sorry to hear that you have been disappointed with your experience, and sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused you. Planning your tour in our country should be an exciting and stress-free process, and I am saddened to hear that we have fallen short of our usual standards on this occasion. We really do pride ourselves on the level of service that we offer our clients and are so sorry that this has not been reflected in the communication that you have received.

There was Fighting Going on Around in Congo, the border to Rwanda were Closed, that why we couldn't give you a driver guide who speaks English, All our Guides were in the City of Goma, that came myself to meet you and leave you a driver to drive you at volcanoes National Park, I failed to get you a guide who speaks English at short notice.

About your Packed food, the hotel management told us that the food and your Drinking water was ready but the driver forgot to pick it.

We Extremely say Sorry again. I would love the opportunity to discuss this further and put things right so please do let me know if you would like me to call you directly.

Amazing trip in Congo and Rwanda

I spent few days with Barack and Fredis in Congo and Rwanda.
That was an amazing experience. i was very happy with the guides and the company.
They know the job, they are involved with the local community and can show you all the real local culture and beyond.
We were doing the Gorillas trekking in Kahuzi Biega which was amazing and economic. explored Bukavu and Goma, and also the volcanos national park in Rwanda.
The guides were very considering and professional. The cars were very good and convenient and i felt very safe and comfortable during the whole time.
Will really recommend to use this company, and will definitely use them if i go back to Congo again.

Ein unvergessliches Abenteuer

Dank Barack konnte ich eine beeindruckende Tour in den Kongo zu den letzten Flachlandgorillas im Kahuzi Biega NP wagen und mich jederzeit sicher fühlen. Aber auch die Übernachtungen auf der Tchegera Insel auf dem Kivu-See sowie die Besuche der Nationalparks in Ruanda waren sehr schön und es wird eine weitere Reise mit Karibu Kongo Safaris geben. Danke an Baracka für die sehr schöne Zeit.

המדריך ברק ודניאל אנשים מאוד מיוחדים עשיתי טיול של שבוע ואני בתור צלם לקחו אותי למקומות הכי מדהימים בקונגו ודאגו לכל פרט בטיול במיוחד לביטחון האישי שלי .. ברק לא נשכח אותך ותמיד תהיה אצלי בלב ..

Best tour company and guide through Africa 🌍

Once again I want to thank very much for a fantastic and well organised tour. The whole family was very happy with the tour! we much appreciated Baraka's thorough knowledge, enthusiasm and pleasant manner on everything. All programs was very well chosen and incredibly interesting. Looking forward to traveling back again with Karibu Congo Safari, Best tour company and guides in Africa 💪🏾

Nice trip in Congo and Rwanda

Travelling in Corona times is not a joy. With Barack and Danni you could forget that sometimes. We had a nice time in Congo and Rwanda. The highlight were the lowland gorillas in the Congo. Thanks Barack and Danni

Wonderfull experience in Congo and Rwanda

We had a nice time with Danny and /or Baraka in Rwanda and Congo. The highlight was to see the Lowland Gorilla in Kahizu Biega. All the time we felt safe and we had fun together. In Rwanda we visited the Akagera NP and had some activities like Canopy in Nyungwe NP.
