Incredible range of Collectables and figurines the only bad thing about this company is there is simply too much to afford I want everything they sell for my collection.

Really good and excellent preordering system also which makes securing that dream item a breeze.

Hasbro released a figure I wanted as part of a really expensive 5 figure box set, with 4 figures I had no interest in. Kapow were selling the figures individually so I managed to get the one I wanted at a great price.

When the parcel arrived, I have no idea what the royal mail had done to it but there was a large tear in the box. I fully expected the box to be missing the figure but in amongst a cocoon of bubble wrap was the very well protected figure.

Amazing packaging that you don't get from any other retailer really saved the day! Brilliant service from Kapow as always!

Been ordering from them for the past year and they're the easiest and smoothest online shopping experience I've ever had. Quick communication if there's any issues, good prices, they have stock for longer than other retailers, refunds are processed incredibly fast. Can't recommend them enough for collectors

Ordeting from KapowToys is great, orders arrive promptly, stock for items are plentiful enough that you don't have to constantly monitor upcoming preorders, delivery time is in league with other UK retailers, and prices usually range to similar if not cheaper than other import retailers.

Only reason I knock a star off is for inability to have split orders on multiple preorder figures so they have to be bought separately to ensure you get them and the issue of the old store not fully transitioned to the new store as of right now.

Super Happy with my preorder which arrived today. The ordering process, including deposit and being invoiced for the remainder was seamless. Item was pre-ordered several months ago but once it was in stock and paid off it was shipped immediately. Item arrived within the 48 hour tracked so very pleased indeed!

Definitely one of the best figures retailer out there.

Always had top notch service and is by far my prefered option for purchasing Transformers (Hasbro and 3P) in the UK. Andy and the team do a stellar job and keep their finger on the pulse for new releases and reissues.

I've been a customer with Kapow for a number of years. I've always found the customer service to be good and them to be fair regarding any returns.

More recently Kapow have gone 'the extra mile' to help me with some items and this was a very positive experience.

Other notes; good pre-order prices versus bigger competitors, items well packed and speedy delivery via chosen courier.

Always easy to deal with, handy free post when you spend 100 or more, so usually well worth topping your order up to meet that target. Useful source of dragonball figuarts and of course transformers. You can't go wrong with them.

As a long-term customer of Kapow (10+ years), they have never let me down when it comes to great prices and prompt shipping. The one time I was unfortunate enough to have an issue (Royal Mail lost my parcel), the team at Kapow promptly tracked it down on my behalf and, despite it not being their fault, refunded the postage costs. Their love of geek culture and collectibles and their drive to provide excellent customer service always shines through in their communications and their social media presence - I cannot recommend them enough!

Great customer service. DPD lost my parcel but after some investigation Kapow sent a replacement parcel which was received next day. Charlotte and Andy kept me up to date with developments - excellent comms and actively looked for a solution. Would recommend.

I’ve been using Kapow as one of my regular websites for collectibles and I’ve never been disappointed. Prices are very competitive, they often have items other companies don’t, and post and packaging is always very good. Will continue to use long into the future.
