I visited Kamsons Station Parade because my mother had run out of some glaucoma drops . I had already been to GP who could not issue prescription without it being reviewed . The lovely lady called Tracey in Kamsons suggested I call 111 , which I went home and did and within 30 minutes my prescription was available to collect from Kamsons . While waiting she even checked my blood pressure apparently I am fit and healthy . Thank you very your help 👍

Kamsons, Windsor Street Luton is my local pharmacy and it feels like I'm an honoured guest when I collect my medication and Covid injections.
The staff are caring and genuine, whilst remaining polite and professional, asking after my health and family. When I forgot an appointment today, they phoned to check I was alright and had the flexibility to honour the missed appointment the same day.
I appreciate their kindness and candidness, supporting me and my health. What a fantastic team!

I was traveling to the UK from USA. I was short on one of my medications. As a diabetic I began to panic. My family recommended Kamson Pharmacy, and I’m so glad they did. I made an appointment with the friendly pharmacist for a consultation. She met with me addressed my concern and filled my prescription. I highly recommend Kamson Pharmacy for any traveler needing assistance while abroad.

Customer care at its best!
I do not actually live near the branch in Kidlington, but I choose to travel by choice due to the client care I receive.
The manageress is very attentive, informative and ensures that I fully understand the medication I am on.
When I call the pharmacy for general enquiries, the staff have all been so helpful, polite and friendly and always offer a call back if the person I need to speak to is unavailable. The call backs have always been in an exeptional timely manner.
Well done Kamsons Pharmacy (Kidlington), fabulous service.

For the last 6 months I have not received correct delivery every month of a vital inhaler. Every time told due to pharmacy not checking the fridge where it is stored .
Delivery people lovely and understanding but cannot help.
Tried calling for over an hour today the call dropped by Kamsons Warlingham as busy.
Very poor service and unprofessional not fulfilling their obligation
Don’t offer the service if you cannot provide, its misinformation and causes anxiety.

I turned to Kamsons Wellsbourne pharmacy in Brighton when I ran out of prescription drugs over the weekend. This branch of Kamsons is not my usual pharmacy but nevertheless the staff were sympathetic and helpful and happily they were able to sort out my problem. Thank you Kamsons Wellsbourne!

Very welcoming staff. Went for Covid vaccination and also had my blood pressure taken while I was there. The pharmacist made me feel at ease for both procedures. He also answered a query on another unrelated topic. Excellent experience and service. Highly recommend.

Furnace Green pharmacy has good helpful friendly staff who give a great service.

If my doctors were as hardworking and caring and available to help as Kampsons Bolding Way Haywards Heath my world would be much better. Overworked but still efficient

Kamsons in Wrythe Lane Carshalton provide an excellent service. They link with my GP and let me know when my prescriptions are ready. They are polite, friendly, knowledgable and offer prompt drop in vaccine services

Just had a covid jab at Kamson’s Wellsbourne Brighton. I’ve always experienced a good service there, today being no exception. Staff are polite and friendly and the pharmacist saw to me quickly and efficiently, providing me with the knowledge I needed. I would not hesitate to recommend this branch of Kamson’s.

My experience at kamsons is always a good one
They are extremely helpful with all things and have the time to chat with customers. Sam rhe pharmacist is very patient and knowledgeable if hes unsure will research it for you. All staff should be pleased with their customer service

Kamsons in Littlehampton does a really good job considering they are now the only pharmacy in Littlehampton. Their clientele has virtually trippled in the last 10 years an assistant told me today but they still manage to be cheerful and knowledgeable throughout the day. Well done all the Kamsons Littlehampton staff it is much appreciated.

I booked a Covid vaccine appointment, told on arrival that they didn’t have any vaccine. When I asked why I hadn’t been notified of the cancellation, I was told by a voice from the back room “Well I told the website!” Followed up by the shop assistant they don’t have time to contact individual patients. Thanks for coming in. Total waste of time.

absolute joke of a company requested 31st march had to ring 15th April to ask where meds as none for next day
they had held onto the whole order because of one missing item (1 of 4 of the same thing)
when delivered 4 different meds not in bag so no meds for next morning nothing important just heart kidney diabetes etc
had to ring twice again as first time took so long to NOT answer it disconnected and second time girl had attitude like it was my fault then spoke to same woman as morning call who eventually rang back and said she was going to redo the missing meds as were all on same script but did not know what happened
PURE NEGLIGENCE

just had call and told rest of missing meds will be her this morning
not only was the word SORRY NOT used once during the call but i have missed 4 meds i should have taken by now
NO URGENCY to correct their incompetence/negligence ie i should have been first on their delivery schedule

What an amazing pharmacy next to Tesco’s in West Durrington always friendly no cues great service best pharmacy I’ve ever been in
