This garage was good up until today when I took it in for a MOT said I needed headlight alignment and there was no brake fluid after recently having a major service at stoneacre I was curious so rang stoneacre they told me to take it in which I did they checked it to full MOT standards and said headlights were fine and brake fluid was full also said they have heard the same stories about kam servicing very disappointed I guess the reviews are true.

I went in for an MOT and full service.
Five days after I had to go back as my engine oil light came on… thought nothing of they said it was my car it was being sensitive, then just 3 days after it came on again, checked my car, I had an oil leak.
Took it back, they had fitted the wrong sump plug. Will never return back to that garage as I went it passed its MOT with no advisories came out with an oil leak

Staff is good explained me twice what’s the issue with the vehicle and what issues should be prioritised and serviced my vehicle very well but damaged right passenger side door handle. It’s not working anymore. I didn’t expect this careless from reputed service station. I was very happy with the service and staff until I saw my door handle. It’s my mistake as well I should check before leaving the place but I was getting late for my shift and when I reach back at home I got this surprise

Always get good efficient service with Kams. I’m fussy about where I take my vans but have no qualms about recommending these guys from my experience at either Ambergate OR Heanor.

It was easy to book online. Friendly customer service and got my car same day.

Took sons black box out of his car when doing mot spoke to vosa this is not something that should be happening as it is illegal to tamper with it . Also work that needs doing to car was twice as much as halfords .stay well away

I have been using Kam services at Beeson for about 10 years and I cant fault them on my last visit this March for a MOT and service I had walked to the premises with my dog and he had cut the pad on his paw, it was pouring with blood, they couldn't have been more helpful fetching bandages and wrapping his paw to stop the bleeding definitely going the extra mile!

Booked in online. Dropped night before booking. Kept in the loop and chap even dropped it off home as I only live across the road. Always use kams. Highly recommended. 5*

Just been to a Derby branch on Ascot Drive, was seen by the assistant manager by the name of Steve, I can not sing there praises enough, I was lied to by my former garage about needing brakes, he checked them over and called me to the car and showed me them and explained the situation that I did not need them asap as my former garage had told me, true transparency and honesty, will not be going anywhere other than here for my car , excellent service and phenomenal customer care.

They put unavailable dates on their website, misled me to book the date. Only to send an email to cancel the date to get my car fixed

Vehicle booked in for full service and MOT. Friendly fast and efficient. Also given helpful advice on what needed to be done. Would definitely recommend.

Raj and the lads are absolutely fantastic.
They are always straight with you and I can honestly say they are the most trust worthy mechanics I have ever encountered.....and from experience, decent guys like these are few and far between.

I asked for a diagnostic check and they were friendly and reliable. Unfortunately they were unable to find the issue in my car. However they referred me to another garage and gave me the diagnostic check free of charge. Would definitely recommend.

My car unfortunately failed its MOT but KAMs Hucknall were amazing, transparent with everything, offered payment plans, kept us informed and had everything sorted within a few days. Everybody so friendly and approachable, would highly recommend to anyone as customer service is wonderful, your car is in great hands here.
