Not trustworthy. A scammer and a schemer. Do not be deceived by their reviews on their website. I was deceived by those so-called reviews. I asked them to give me a refund, and they agreed. However, the next day, they sent me their product, even though I didn't want it anymore. They deceived you so well. I praised them for their excellent customer service but they slapped me in the face so quickly that I did not see it coming. Don't believe this scammer company. RETURN MY MONEY, FRAUDSTER!!!! I am so kind to you when we communicate but you just stabbed me in the back so hard. Your product I don't want it. MY MONEY IS WHAT I WANT. The reason I am asking for a refund is they did not deliver my order for a long time that's why I am asking for a refund. I keep on communicating with them in a nice way. Waiting especially with the circumstances nowadays but in the end I decided to just refund my money which they agree. But, they just decided to stabbed me so hard.

These people are scammers. I ordered two products worth $80 dollars including shipping and they are telling me the products are not available. I asked if they are not available why does it not show out of stock on ur website because I won’t have placed an order the. She tells me she is sorry I went to the website it still doesn’t state out of stock now am wondering how do u as a producer allow ur product to be out of stock unless u are ordering that product from china of which we dont even know what is inside the product. I have requested for a refund and listen Kallistia if I don’t get my refund back I will ensure to report u on every platform and advert I have there.

People. This is the scam. Don't buy. All send from China and you have no ideas what are in the tablets. Don't trust them. You can never get refund. It's serious scam. You should report to Facebook so they won't be able to scam others.

After bugging her, and disturbing her, she sent half of my refund. I spent a total of 90euros and some cents that includes product and shipping fee cost.
She refunded 77.90 instead of my 90Euros.
I am a regular shopper and have never heard any company say its against their policy to refund shipping fee when indeed the product did not arrive.
When she gives you an invoice, she doesn't add shipping fee, so hence when you ask for a refund, she returns the money you spent on the products alone, and tells you its against policy to return the shipping fee.
May God save you Kallistia and deliver you from deceit.

I’m I always buy the product from this website considering I’m in the UK. The products are working for me. Kallistia keep up the good work.

🚨 Disgusting & Unacceptable – Used/Tampered Product Sent.

I received my order on 6 January 2026 and was absolutely horrified to find that one Hyper Pigmentation Cleanse capsule bottle had already been opened, was partially empty, visibly dirty, and appeared to have been used.

The seal was broken and the contents were clearly not new.
This is a consumable product. Sending customers something that appears tampered with and unsafe is completely unacceptable and frankly alarming.

It raises serious concerns about hygiene standards, quality control, and how returns or stock are handled.

I have spent a significant amount of money with this company because their advertising portrays them as trustworthy and professional.

This experience proves the opposite. It has completely destroyed my confidence in the brand.

I contacted the company immediately requesting a refund or a brand-new sealed replacement and provided photographic evidence.

At the time of writing, I am still waiting for this to be properly resolved.

This is one of the worst online purchase experiences I’ve had. I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering, especially when it comes to ingestible products.

Awful, frightening, untrustworthy and totally unacceptable, act of dishonesty was full at play.

Very unhelpful customer service won’t refund my money product caused bloatedness, constipation & vitiligo.
I started taking it in June & realised just after 1 month it’s been the cause of my severe bloatedness and constipation. And a week ago whilst on holiday I noticed I have started having small white patches on my skin - mainly in my lower body which resemble vitiligo. I have never had these before in my life and I know this supplement is the cause because I am not taking anything else or doing anything different to my diet.
I reached out to their customer service about these concerns & for refund. They replied with a copy & paste refund policy from heir books and then they disappeared and did not respond to my 2 follow up messages.
Buy at your own peril I am seriously questioning the truth of these customer feedbacks because they did absolutely nothing for me but put me at risk of developing further health issues.

UPDATE:
I sent Kallistia an email to follow up after receiving their reply but no reply as I expected. Cricket noise- don’t waste your time & money.

Honestly, I regret it, but my body just doesn’t react well to this… Different people, different results.

I drank this hoping to get rid of acne, but instead my face became itchy, allergic, and the acne got worse… it’s as if my face was telling me to stop taking it. I don’t have any allergies to seafood, but I do have an allergic reaction to this after drinking it for a month.

I regret it, because after eating tomatoes, oranges, and ginger water every day and stopping this medicine, my face actually got better… I should’ve chosen this from the beginning

The kallistia product did not work for my pigmentation issues. I tried to get a refund & was refused. Really bad company. Do not waste your money.

I’m not one to usually write comments about products but I do like to give credit when it is due. I have been using the dark spot serum, pigmentation tablets and wonder cream for about 2 and a half months now and have seen a major difference in the pigment scars on my cheeks, they have really faded especially having olive skin there were very noticeable but I’m so pleased with the products I went and placed another order last night. Don’t understand all of the negative comments they are a great brand who’s products work, just might not work for all skin types.

I purchased and used (religiously) the Hyper-Pigmentation capsules for 6 months with NO improvement whatsoever!! I directly emailed the company about my dissatisfaction with their products and never received any so of response from them. I even wrote a negative review on their website but they didn't care because they "supposedly" have a high customer satisfaction rate. Wasted all that money I can't get back. Absolutely disgusted with this company, coming from me is a lot.

The company reached out to me only when they saw the poor review score I gave them. The company gave a quick response to the pathic review I gave them, that I should reach out towards their customer service website to see if they could some how redeem or make right with the products that don't work. The company only sell absolutely worthless products they sell on their website. Once again I submitted a email to their customer service address to see if they would make it right. It's All One Big Scam!!! They will take your money and send you an absolute worthless bunch of products that don't work and no studies to show that they do work. Be careful on what you consume and digest because none of it monitor through the food administration dept. The company needs to be given ZERO stars! Nothing but a total joke. That's what the company is: A Joke with no integrity but the greed for the bottom line.

Took it for many months and saw no improvement. I had a lot of hope.

Do not purchase anything from this company, have purchased in the past and don't get the results the company says.

Well this morning a package arrived with 6
Months worth of Hyper Pigmentation that I did not order. They just took the money from my account. I live in Australia so the delivery was very expensive .
Do not trust this company, you can't even talk to them.
Cannot send them back as they are overseas
They cannot be trusted .
