I ordered one of these and it surpassed my expectations. It keeps beverages cold and ice will last a good 20 hrs in this cup. A great purchase.

I ordered a personal phone cover from my cell phone of course. And I was sent the incorrect when it was too short. So I contacted them and they were so great at rectifying the situation. Immediately got it taken care of I receive my new one and it's just wonderful! Customer service was fantastic.

I got 2 of these for Christmas one for me and one for my husband. I thought they were very nice and use mine all the time. Been thinking about ordering a couple more. They are a nice sturdy cup and I love the purple one I got. Took a little time around Christmas and sent messages and they got right back to me. Thank you!!!

my wife loved the coat and the quality. my only complaint is that I had no communication with kalliegear on the status of my order. I knew that Christmas rush could hold up my order but after 4 weeks I used kalliegear's order tracker and it did not update all the 4 weeks, just said "in progress" - which is NO information.

I really like my cup I ordered from kalligear. It's really nice.. if I find something else I want I would like to order again from them..Mary..

Really nice personalized bottle. Lots of pictures to choose from, got as close to my pets looks as possible. Great memento.

We ordered a set of shoes from Kalliegear on November 28, 2022. I figured 3 weeks would be long enough to get the shoes, but I was wrong. They send the order to China to be fulfilled. I emailed them about when it might arrive and they told me typically 14 to 28 days. It took them 42 days to deliver the product. But it took them less than a day to take my money.

Ordered a Fishing shirt with the fish I picked from the choices shown. Also was to have my name as well. After 4 weeks, I received the shirt with no fish or name.
I emailed Kalliegear with pictures and they emailed back and said I would hear back within 48 hours.
That did not happen. I have since emailed them 3 times to no avail. Do Not Order from Kalliegear!!!
Save your money, I wish I had!

Okay, after the above review, Kalliegear contacted me and ask if I would change my review and they were sending me a new shirt as I had ordered. I replied that after I received the shirt I would amend my review. Well after a few weeks, I received the shirt as they promised. It was as it should be with my fish and name. Finally got it right.They also sent me an extra shirt! Thanks Kalliegear for stepping up!

I had to wait a couple weeks but it arrived and looks great. I ordered a Large. It fits but I think an XL would be a better choice. Quality and fishing was excellent. Very happy with my purchase.

I ordered a personalize sweatshirt as a Christmas gift, when I received if there were supposed to be 3 names under the images and one name was spelled wrong. i sent them pictures and emails with no response. Then I disputed it and they responded stating remove the dispute and then they would give a refund. I didn't trust that and refused to remove it. Now they want me to pay for shipping back before they will give me a refund, it is hipping to a foreign country. They should have to pay for the shipping or just refund me without returning the item. It was a Christmas gift and I had to buy something else, so why would I pay them to take it back and give me a refund. VERY SHADY COMPANY!!

Ordered three items for xmas in November to arrive in plenty of time. Never got a tracking number for the third item. Contacted them in regards to this and they assured it was on its way. Items with tracking numbers sat with a shipping company for over two weeks doing nothing. When contacting the shipping company they explained they had received the order but not the item. Kalliegear said they had the item and sent a screen shot of the same screen I had for tracking only they had changed there dates on it to look as though it was on the move. Finally received two of the three items well after xmas. Third item I initially contacted them about for tracking number non existant. Still refused to offer a refund so I had to put a disput in with paypal. They have now offered me less than I paid for the non existant item! This company is as shoddy as they come!

Update..... hat has not been recieved! Dispute was opened and I have had private emails daily harassing me to drop the dispute and I will get a refund. Refund and THEN I will drop the dispute! It's that simple! I will not drop it before! If you wish to contact me, you can do this through the dispute not private emails where paypal can't see that you are in fact harassing me!

Dürfte Betrug sein. Habe Anfang Dezember bestellt 2 Pullis mit meinen 2 Katzen 🐱 singend mir Haarreif, Sendung noch nicht erhalten und auf meine 3 Mails noch nicht geantwortet, obwohl Eibe Antwort innerhalb von 48 Std. versprochen wird. Gott sei Dank hält sich der finanzielle Verlust in Grenzen!

The travel tumbler was perfect! High quality, beautiful, sturdy, done exactly to the order, no flaws, and my coffee stayed hot for hours, still warm after a 8 hr shift!!!! I have had many compliments on the this and have referred 3 people already.
