I,m new to stocks and shares trading and I have to say what a great experience in regards to customer service from Kalkine. The account manger called me to help navigate through the website and also provided a follow up call a week later.

It was a great experience

Such an awful prediction of stocks!!!
They advised me for 3 years. During this time, I lost more than 50 percent of my investments.
I paid about £4000. Still I can't recover those losses.
After stooping to act on their advice and researching on my own, I am slowly recovering.

Their service is awful, so is their behaviour.
They told me they will inform when I need to sell the shares. They didn't. When they set some targets, most of them went wrong.
After that, few of them kept arguing with unacceptable behaviour to make me understand that their predictions are good and I have to give them more money to get more information. Whilst I kept losing by their advice.
They were traumatic to my investments and very stressful to deal with.

the onboarding process was pretty smooth and explain of how to use the website and explain each section of the different stock was very well done

Everyone I speak to is always very polite and friendly.

I’ve been mostly dealing with Roger, and he is always very clear with this advice and recommendations. He is good at following up, and keeping in contact about changes in the market.

Bianca will occasionally call to check if I have additional questions, and I can always contact their service desk if I want to ask something further.

Stop calling me!!! And before you say you don’t have my details on your system - bullsh*t!! You have got my number from somewhere so please delete it and go away.

EVERY DAY YOU CALL FROM A DIFFERENT NUMBER, JUST STOP, YOU'RE CALLING A BUSINESS PHONE THAT DOESN'T WANT YOUR CALLS.

This company keep cold calling me. I block their number & then they call from another number. I don’t pick up. I’m sick of the calls it’s harassment. I don’t even know how or where they got my number

I deal with Roger at Kalkine and he's great. Just rings me once or twice a week with some great trades and I'm genuinely really pleased with the service

Extremely rude on the phone when I said I wasn't interested in working with them at this time. They care about money not people. Genuinely disgusted

Not been with them for long but so far so good with Kalkine. Seem friendly and imformative.

No idea where they get my number but constantly ringing me out of working hours despite telling them I’m not interested. I see Kalkine struggle with rejection. I need to find a way to report this and the next person to call will hear some unkind words so hopefully with a bit of luck they can leave me alone.

Bianca from Kalkine was great at explaining stuff in lay man terms and onboarding session was super helpful!

Only just signed up, but the welcoming telephone conversation was informative and a pleasant experience.

Constant spam calls and when I said I wasn't interested they wouldn't listen and it took a long time for me to get them off the phone. I requested that no more calls or emails be received from them, so if I am not off their list, I'll be reporting them because the volume of calls has been ridiculous. I never signed up for anything so not sure how they get hold of phone numbers/emails.
