It’s Been A Past 7-14 days & No Package
I ordered on March 8th it was shipped out on March 10th. The tracking number doesn’t work and I email them yesterday and last week and they said it’s been ship but it hasn’t arrived! I signed up to be a brand ambassador and got a good discount but I’m highly upset because I haven’t got my package and nobody hasn’t responded to my email. I been trying to get this issue resolved for almost a week!

I thought they were a scam because I have been waiting for months for my package but I must be mindful also that it’s covid and shipping does delay. I have received my package for the ambassador package and I am happy to know that they are not a scam. I deeply apologize for my doubts. They are legit.

They are liars
They are liars. I ordered from them and they did not send everything that I purchased. I contacted them for 2 months waiting for them to send me the rest of my items before I left this review because I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. They take weeks to even respond to you if you email them. If you send them Instagram dm’s, they will ask you to email them. Then they don’t respond to the email.
I never received everything I paid for. DO NOT TRUST THEM!

(Update: even after they asked for my order number on here and I provided it, they still NEVER reached out to me to send my order. Spend your money on a company who will actually ship you your things.)
They are fraudulent scammers.
I called my bank about it and they said they couldn’t refund me because I willingly gave them my money- even if they’re a dishonest business. Worst decision ever.

It’s Been A Month No Package
Good evening,
I was inboxed by one of their representatives the 1st week of February 2021 that has control of their Instagram accounts to be a brand ambassador for your company. Shortly after without hesitation I went on the site and purchased one item That same night. Feeling generous and being excited to be a part of their program I went back to the site The very next day and ordered four more items. I made one more purchase for two more items. It is now march 5th and I still do not have my package nor tracking number. If I would’ve known that it takes over a month for a brand ambassadors to receive their packages I would’ve declined the offer as of right now I would like an update for my packages thank you! I inboxed both their Instagram accounts March 3rd 2021 and they told me to send a email that still hasn’t been replied! Terrible customer service and they should have the same energy when begging for payment and brand ambassadors!

I never even received my order
I never even received my order. These people or this company are getting their clothing items from over seas and are selling them as if the clothing on their site is their very own line. Total scam and will have people believing that they can be brand ambassadors!!!! With what product???? It is close to a month and I have not received my order. From what I understand they will not even give you your money back. This issue is going right to the BBB within a few days. I want my money back. This is as what they are doing to people especially knowing times are not easy for people right now. This is not an honest company. This is like me buying from overseas not even having the product in hand and selling it to some one knowing that they will not get it for probably over a month (the time it takes for an order to come when ordering from AliExpress) and then not issuing a refund after 14 days of purchasing knowing it takes over 14 days to come from over seas... total scam!!! These people are making their orders from AliExpress and other whole sale sites, they don’t even have the clothing items in hand to send to you. I really just need my money back. I sent them a message within days of my purchase and all they told me was there are delays in shipping. I am a seller as well and with selling on Poshmark I know all about delays and this is not just a delay. I feel like such a fool and me being a seller I should have known much better.

Please provide your order number so we can check the status of your order. We are a London based clothing brand, we ship internationally and we design clothes in London. Like all other big brands, we manufacture them in places like China, Vietnam and any other places that gives us great pricing. If we were doing custom pieces out of London, we’d have to triple our prices and it would just be impossible to make the company a success.

I love the clothes and would’ve gave it a 5 stars but I haven’t received a couple of my clothes that I purchased on 2 separate occasions. I’m not sure if it’s getting lost in the mail or the seller didn’t put it in. I’m not sure, also when I told the seller about it they do not issue refunds. So it’s getting 4 stars. All in all, I do like their clothes.
