I paid for goods and never received them. Emailed the address twice with no response 😡
They should be ashamed 😡😡😡😡

My wife fell for this scam website. Ordered and paid for goods that never arrived. It looks good but is only about taking your money. Avoid.

They are scammers. They are thieves. Do not buy from them. I paid for goods and never received them. They are liars and said the goods were delivered after me complaining and nothing was delivered. The tracking numbers for the goods were all fakes. Again, do not buy from these thieves.

They don’t even deserve one star. A total scam. Got a confirmation email two weeks ago and now the website doesn’t work. BE WARNED.

This company is a total scam. They are a complete disgrace. I was just starting my on line shopping and did not know to check on companies first. If i had i would have known this was a ghost website cheating people of thier money.

Doesn’t deserve a one star rating even but I had to rate it just to be able to write review. I too have read other reviews but only once I had placed an order. Have had one tracking update only then nothing. Order placed early January. Me thinks my I have been taken for a ride. Total scam.

I placed an order for shoes on 11 January and have not received them. The will not answer the 3 emails I have sent them and the tracking shows the shoes never left China. I was scammed.

Order a dress on 15th. Jan Clara/elegant XL 54.95 .Have sent emails have only received one return email said it was on it way by express but hasn’t happened I need answers Rut Wright

This company is dreadful. I odered 2 dresses which took over a month to arrive. Nil communication from staff when enquired. The dresses were of the cheapest nastiest synthetic quality and were very poorly cut. I have tried to reach out for a refund but again they dont respond to emails. Nothing else to do but warn others- dont waste your money with this company.

Ordered bags and when clicking on tracking order says order does not exist . Emailed four times no answer . What a SCAM. Reported to bank this company is a scam and get a refund . They confirmed this is not Sydney based but operating out of the Czech Republic
Be warned the trust-pilot reviews are fakes . Why are visa and other company's allowing this company a debit facility .

Absolutely no response from this company. Seems like a total scam. Wish I had read the reviews. How to get reimbursed??????

1 star seems kind. Ordered 16th Jan sadly before seeing reviews. Shipping information status has stayed at that since. 1 email to say it was on its way express shipping and now silence. Waiting the required 30 days to raise a dispute with bank. Total scam

Items are of SHEIN quality. Shipping takes forever, customer service is non existent. Had to start claim with PayPal for a refund due to the shocking quality. No tags on clothing for size, fabric, washing instructions etc. not true to size either. This company isn't in Sydney/Australia like website suggests. Items are shipping from China. Very very poor quality!

I ordered an item of clothing on 13 December 2025 and still have not had any further shipping updates after that date. I emailed multiple times, and they responded with promises that were never followed through on. This company is a complete scam. Do not order anything from them.
