A maid was sent to my home without proper verification. After working with us for about eight months, she stole valuables from my house.

Please don't blindly trust any maid or agency. Always ensure proper police verification, identity verification, and background checks before hiring anyone. Your family's safety and security should always come first.

This is my personal experience, shared only to create awareness. Kaamwali bai is not good agency

Fraud and Scam, they have taken my 9K and after that not picking up call and also not providing service and there is excutive called Yasmeen she is cheater, lier.
Never recommend them

Super honest review for this scammer company. Guys do not fall for this company ever. Do not contact them or pay them single penny, rather go for word of mouth or some other reputed agency. We have being suffering since 1 month for a nanny. We paid our renewal fees when they asked, at that time they were super sweet and in 1 month they have being sending maids, dog care takers, etc. saying that they are experienced nanny. Super unhygienic people they have sent us and with zero basic knowledge, forget about nanny experience. And now when we are asking for a refund through mail and WhatsApp group they are saying they can't refund, complete fraud and scammers. I would like to file a case in andheri police station and also in consumer court regarding the same. Best part is when we call them they dont pick up calls and stop replying on mails also. It is very difficult to communicate and last option remain is to visit their Andheri office, but that is not the solution because they just say they will provide service but they never do. I am writing to you to highlight wrongdoings and fraud perpetrated by your team members which you may or may not be aware of. Facts of case is as under.

1) We have paid advance to avail service for maid and agreement was your team will help to find maids to our satisfaction in time bound manner with your team focul point of connect.

2) Long ago your team provided profile of four CV our of which one didn’t want to do baby work, one we rejected because of maid age and other two we rejected because of skill set. Inappropriate profiles were submitted and immediately my wife did revert.

3) Last many week many conversation is done with Kavita and Reshma to immediately get profiles due to urgency for which we paid. Several conversation but to results as they adamant we have provided profile select from that and profile will take time. There are not pipeline of profiles. This was agains our agreement.

4) To address this we called to address our grievances where your team have alleged we take maid of other (illegal) acrivities which is grossly incorrect and would urge your team te refraain from doing this.

In entire process only selected conversation get re corded which isn’t legal as per applicable laws. There are numerous conversation which isn’t recorded and wrongly potrayed. Focul point never get discuss about serving client.

I was trying to contact your in varied ways as many conversation with your team including Aarti what transpired and if you not aware of this fraud you can be made aware.

So fraud scheme is simple take money provide fee profiles and your team said work done and when we escalate they put allegation on us and take conversation to another tangent.

We are 100 percent sure we don’t need your service and our put our baby in wrong hand and hence request complete refund. And more than money I would like to call you to see what’s transpire tithing your team. And it’s important consumer at large should be aware of this so people can stop connecting with some of your staff or your portal. Many grievances similar to this already there but people at large aren’t aware of this.

They could get the maid to work at our place very fast after initial registration. Then once the full payment was made, soon the maid disappeared. After that they simply kept making hollow promises, but did not arrange any replacement. Not sure but it appears like this industry is playing racket of cheating customers and making some quick money.

When clients request refunds as per initial promises, the agency is frequently described as becoming unresponsive, argumentative, and evasive, with staff using delaying tactics, sending generic messages, or refusing to communicate.

Specific complaints highlight that the company appears to prioritize acquiring new clients over resolving existing issues, and there are multiple allegations of fake reviews and unethical sales pressure. Given the volume and consistency of these serious allegations, including instances involving vulnerable seniors and infants, the concerns raised about kaamwalibais.com warrant serious consideration and potential legal action by affected individuals.

kaamwalibais.com has been known to take deposits from clients and deliver no service or very shabby service. When requested they return the deposit for zero service, they get agitated and argumentative. This business is a scam. It has been cheating seniors of their upfront paid up money with large delays and providing maids that do not meet requirements. They have usurped lakhs of rupees in deposits. They hound you till you pay this deposit. No other maid service even asks for one. Then they pretend to do some work and when cornered, stop interacting or send lengthy recorded messages, wasting your time and eventually pocket a clients money. Its a scam company thay needs to be avoided and investigated at all costs. This company is a scam and needs to be reported to the police. There is a woman there by the name of Saniya. She seems to direct the scam amd is very convincing and smooth tongued till you okay rhe money. Once the money is paid, good luck getting anything back. Its easier to recruit a maid from your building watchman or security service or even Snabbit. By all means please complain to the police about this company.

[Customer ID 15923] Do not use this company! It is a scam, plain and simple! They offer low rates for cleaners, saying that for sure they will be able to supply a cleaner within a few days of signing a contract. After signing, to be sure, your cleaner will never come. After that, when you want a refund they will never give it. So, avoid and do not use.

I paid ₹9,000 in December 2025 as an advance for maid profiling services. Despite repeated follow‑ups for over 15 days, not a single maid profile was shared by Sonal or Reshma Shaikh.

The company had initially assured that the amount would be refunded if the service was not provided.

After 18 days from the date of admission, the following candidates were sent, none of whom worked as committed:


• Snehal attended work for only 2 days.
• Renuka Jattended work for only 1 day.
• Sandhya attended work for only 3 days.

This level of service is completely unacceptable.
All three candidates were assigned by the company and were sent only to collect the remaining payment, with no genuine intention to work.
The total amount paid by me is ₹18,000.

There was no agreement for a day‑to‑day salary arrangement.
None of the candidates fulfilled the committed terms of employment.


As the service promised has not been delivered

At present, the company is not refunding the money, is not responding to calls, and remains completely unresponsive despite repeated attempts to contact them.

This is not a professional service; it is a calculated scam designed to prey on parents.

We paid a massive ₹30,000 brokerage fee, expecting a trained professional. Instead, they sent someone who had absolutely no clue how to handle a baby, posing a genuine safety risk.

The Scam Pattern:

The Bait: They promise "verified" and "experienced" staff to collect your money.

The Switch: They send an untrained worker who is clearly not fit for the job.

The Ghosting: The moment we requested a replacement (as per their "contract"), they stopped answering our calls and messages entirely.

The Result: The nanny has now walked out, our money is gone, and the agency has vanished.

This company has caused our family significant financial loss and mental stress beyond measure. They take advantage of the vulnerability of working parents. Avoid them at all costs unless you want to throw your money away and compromise your peace of mind.

I will be pursuing legal action and reporting them to the consumer forum

I'm extremely disappointed and frustrated with the services of Kaamwalibais.com. I paid them more than half , for their maid agency services, but they failed to deliver. When I asked for a refund, they became initially unresponsive and finally eve after many calls and emails refused to return my money.

Take money and dint give service and never give refund

I WANTED A FULL TIME MAID FOR ALL HOUSEHOLD WORK.I MMEDIATELY GOT A CALL FROM THE COMAPNY  AND QUOTED 25000/-SALARY FOR THE MAID AND THEY TOOK 25000/-AS THEIR SERVICE CHARGE.

THEY DO NOT DO ANY BACKGROUND CHECK.THE MAID DIDNT KNOW ANY WORK AS SHE CAME FROM A SMALL VILLAGE AND I WAS TOLD SHE HAS WORKED EARLIER IN MUMBAI WHICH WAS A BIG LIE CAZ MAID SAID SHE HAS NEVER WORKED.NOW THE COMAPNY  REFUSES TO TAKE MY CALL .

THIS COMAPNY SHOULD BE COSED DOWN.NO ONE MUST TAKE ANY MAID FROM THIS COMPANY.THEY WILL TAKE ONE MONTH SALARY ON APPOINTING THE MAID AND THEY WILL NOT PICK UP YOUR CAL

Kaamwaalibai company arranged a maid for me last yr, everything was going good till 1 day I got a call from their verification department for verifying the maid, I got into their scam and paid 3500, till 2 months there was no verification report from their end i complained thru all channels and when I asked them for a refund they made me wait for 2 weeks, and in return I didn't get a refund but a false copied paste report, and now they aren't picking my calls bcoz what they have done is scammed a customer. Please don't go for this scam verification calls just neglect it instead just go to the police stn in your area and get it verified. Don't go for any extra facilities they provide, money making schemes.
