K1 took a few moments to examine the issue and quoted a very fair price, fixing the problem in less than an hour with no recurring issues ever since. Fantastic and very honest. I had a problem with my radiator thermostat not working. Another company quoted 1500 to replace two valves and the pump. They said we’d need to drain the system and it will take a full day for the job. Mr Kayvan correctly assessed that only the electrical part of the valve controller needed to be replaced. Did it professionally in under an hour and charged a very fair rate for the job. Highly highly recommend

Kayvan has been very good about coming out on a call when something has needed attention. He has recently installed a replacement boiler for us in a very short time, working efficiently, leaving the site reinstated and clean. Nothing has been too much trouble for him.

I feared the worst with my water bills rising, Kayvan was brilliant, he was quick to respond to my search and quickly arranged to see me the same evening he was polite and efficient. Leakage issue was identified ! First time experiences of a new tradesman are always anxious and based on reviews from here. So I would highly recommend him from my experience
