The engineer turned up on time. Did a thorough service on our boiler. Extremely professional. A personable young man. Would not hesitate to recommend this company.

I originally reviewed this company in December 2023 when they installed my new boiler and gave them a super review.
Recently friends needed a new boiler and they came across this company on the web and saw my review so they contacted John Wilkinson.
They were delighted with the price and the manner in which they were dealt with and chose John's company. They were very pleased with the installation and are enjoying their new Worcester boiler.

It’s rare that I have my expectations exceeded, but that’s what happened here. A really efficient company form the first enquiry, a good price. Arrived exactly as promised and really top notch fitters - polite, skilled, thorough - a real credit to the company.

From my first contact with the companies boss, our experience was made very easy , he gave us a very competitive price that we were very happy with and went through everything with us about the best boiler for our property, arranged an installation date that suited us, the engineer Telephoned me the night previous to the day of installation confirming everything, they arrived exactly as they said they would, very professional in there work, cleaned up after themselves, all in all a very good company and experience, I would definitely recommend this company

The Quotation provided was very competitive, the Engineer arrived at the time and date of the arranged appointment, the replacement boiler and associated work was carried out expertly in a very neat and tidy manner, I was very impressed.

That’s nonsense Jarek!! Your response to my review is untrue you just didn’t come back. You didn’t want to go into the loft end of!! You want to put the camera where it was easy for you on a short ladder! Yes you were here arguing about why the camera couldn’t go where I said aesthetically it would look better. I agreed for it to go ahead at my responsibility and you didn’t return!!

My boiler packed up on Wednesday 11 July so time to source a new one after sifting through Internet I came across this company and after reading the excellent reviews I decided to give them a call on Thursday and right from the outset found everyone from the company polite helpful and professional and could not believe the next day my new boiler was up and running by 130 pm on Friday the engineers were professional clean and tidied up when complete 100% would recommend this company

Amazing job from start to finish had a boiler and radiators fitted wouldn’t even know I had workmen in the such a great job.

I had a very old oil boiler that was leaking and breaking down. Searched online and enquired with J W Heating Services over the weekend. Received a callback 1st thing Monday morning and a follow up call from John later that morning providing me a quote for a new boiler fitted. I said I was going to get another couple of quotes and would be in touch if I was going ahead. Contacted John on Monday the following week to book the new boiler fitting and was given Wednesday morning the same week.
The engineers came at the arranged time, were thorough, polite and hardworking and the boiler was fitted and working later that day. The engineers tidied up after themselves.
All in all a very pleasant and stress free service from start to finish from John and his company.
Very Highly Recommend and I will be using them for the service on the boiler going forward.

John himself came to give me a quote. Had a Quick Look around my property, then asked me how I’m going to finance it. Felt a bit rude, but fair enough, they need paying. I said probably credit card, he offered me a booking two days later, but I said I’d have to have finance in place. I applied for finance and was told it was a 5 working day wait for a decision, so I contacted John the next day to cancel the appointment as I didn’t have the funds and didn’t want to go ahead with the costly fit without the means to pay. I was asked to go to my Expedia account and tell him my credit score so he would know if I’d been approved finance. He said he had 3 engineers with nothing to do, now bear in mind he came to see me on Tuesday, and gave a provisional appointment of Thursday, finance approved, he practically begged me to have the works done, saying, we won’t chase you for money, you’ve already said you’ve got 2k on a card and you can pay me off bit by bit, what are you going to do for hot water? and lots of tutting on the phone! Yet refused credit payment initially? I’d steer clear. I’ve since had a new boiler fitted by a really brilliant company,

Spoke to John explained needed new boiler, a bigger radiator in the kitchen and Hive thermostat. The engineers came two days later. They did a great job would definitely recommend and price was reasonable.

Absolutely brilliant from start to finish- I would not hesitate to recommend John and his team and won’t go anywhere else now - very quick to quote and we could literally have the installation the following day - the guys turned up promptly and were very professional and helpful and cleaned everywhere before leaving - fabulous job and great pricing too - thank you 🙏🏻

Fantastic service, full boiler conversion and moved to the airing cupboard. A team of 3 turned up and worked non stop till the job was done. Was completed in just over half a day! Quality of the workmanship is fantastic. Really happy with the service and have already recommended to a few people.

My boiler was basically condemned after British Gas came to service it I called John and within two days the new boiler was fitted absolutely amazing service I will be recommending the company to all who need a service such as this :)

Highly recommend this company. Very professional from the first visit to look at the job right through to completion. John listened to our concerns about which system to choose and helped us to consider all options. Paul and George came to install our new boiler and were very hardworking, arrived on time and completed when they said they would! They did a great job and cleaned up after themselves!!!

Absolutely fabulous company, highly recommended. We had the best quote for work required to be done, fast response on first contact with them. We needed a new boiler and from first getting intouch John came the same day to give us a quote, the boiler was on its way out but then when it suddenly started leaking we needed it done sooner rather than later, I reached out to John through email and had a new boiler fitted within 2 days.

My boiler broke down I phoned a number of companies and apart from being very reasonable I had prompt reply from John. We arranged price and start date. Engineer Mike arrived on time and was brilliant. I highly recommend this company .

Just had my old combi boiler replaced by John Wilkinson Heating Services Ltd. What a great job they did they arrived 25mins before schedule, Rick and Liam were the engineers who came to fit the new one, they were very polite and respected our property covering all areas up and cleaning up when they had finished, I would highly recommend this company and have very respectable prices and a great after service

Having problems with my boiler.
I contacted John Wilkinson who came out to discuss my options. I already knew I wanted a Worcester boiler and was happy when John said they were specialist for Worcester.
Mike came out to install the boiler 2 days later. He was very clean and tidy. From the offset Mike explained what he would be doing. That gave me total reassurance. Mike completed the installation and then spent time with me to explain the thermostat controls. Very easy. I totally recommend this company to have your next boiler installed. You won't be disappointed.
