Contacted the office and spoke to Kerry, John called me the same day & called round to provide a quote & explained which boiler he would recommend for my home, fitted within 2 days.
After being without heating for several months i cant wait to put the heating on.
I cant recommend John Wilkinson & staff enough, extremely professional, courteous & knowledgeable service from start to finish, Thank you so much.

Had a new boiler fitted as the old one was screaming to be replaced.
From making an enquiry to having one fitted took just 3 days.
2 engineers turned up and fitted it in just 5 hours!

Easy to deal with from the outset. Clear payment options given, superfast installation of new boiler offered. Fitters on time, courteous, professional and the tidiest workmen I've ever come across. Great service from start to finish.

Just had a new boiler and all new radiators throughout my house and I cannot thank Gaz, Layton and Jay enough. I was really worried about getting a new boiler, mine was so old and on its way out and the radiators were not much better. I was worried about what could go wrong or if I would be left with loads of decorating to do if I replaced the radiators.
I spoke to John on 3.11.23 and he went through all the options with me and the team fitted it all in yesterday. My house has never been so warm in the 12 years I have lived here. The lads were professional, friendly and talked through everything with me and kept everywhere tidy and cleaned up after themselves. 2 people recommended this firm to me and I am so glad I listened to them. Thank you so much and sorry you had to put up with my 2 crazy little dogs who never stopped barking!

I was a little sceptical when this company popped up on my Google search, I hadn't heard of them. I am so pleased I followed through and filled in the online quote form. John soon rang me back with a very reasonable quote and the new boiler installed a few days after that.
Mike and Louie gave me a top class service, firstly explaining everything they were going to be doing. Their work was clean and tidy and everything was taken away when they finished. The performance of the boiler is superb, the house feels much warmer than before. I would thoroughly recommend this company.

Prompt and professional personel attended for the installation in an occupied property.
Polite with occupants and proficient with the job on hand. Installation/conversion of system completed with minimal disruption. No previous association with the company.

Fantastic company to deal with from start to finish spoke with John Thursday afternoon told him our circumstances with my son promised fitting Saturday morning and time didn't let us down I would highly recommend this company to anyone fantastic Dan the Fitter brilliant from start to finish explained everything and kept everything clean and tidy one very happy and very warm home again this company is the best out there so glad I found them after being let down by other companies don't hesitate to use this company they won't let you down

J W were booked to visit today at 2pm to give me a quote for a new boiler. By 3.30 no one had turned up. I placed a call to the company who couldn’t find the booking but wanted to speak to Kerry who had made the booking and would ring me back in a few minutes. Never received a call back! A total waste of my Friday afternoon that could have been better spent. Well done JW Heating Services. Your efficiency and customer service is top notch …..NOT!!

Called JW Heating for a quote for a new boiler and conversion to a combi, came the same day to give it to us. Price was very competitive and they came to fit at a date convenient to our needs! Mike and Louis turned up on the day, bright and early, explained what they were doing and made sure we were happy with everything. Left zero mess and didn't disturb us (whilst working from home) for the whole two days. Super happy, and highly recommended!

Had my 2nd boiler service yesterday everything on point then we turned heating off pressure slumped so for safety we turned boiler off phoned John Wilkinson's got a visit today from the actual owner John Wilkinson himself showed me where lever was to fill my boiler up lovely man dedicated to his customers best boiler ive ever had definitely reccomend this company fast installation 2 years ago and customer service is above and beyond

John is very experienced and highly professional in boiler matters, I could tell from my interactions with him when I requested a quote for a new boiler. He understood my needs and provided options within a few minutes. Given that I've already spoken to a few companies about it, I approved his quote almost immediately. The installation was done just two days later and it went really well. The engineer was very friendly, highly knowledgeable and professional.

We needed a new boiler as ours had reached the end of its life, John gave us several options of boilers and financing the deal. Fitter arrived on time did an amazing job really neat and tidy top service top people. Would highly recommend.

Very poor service from JW, was meant to call at property to give price on new boiler but he didn't turn up...Got new boiler fitted by Boxt instead great service by Boxt.

Honest and reliable people - quoted for a job and the price was great - exactly what I asked for to be done - cleaned up after the installation - very helpful from start to finish - would recommend to anyone :)

Our boiler was rated unrepairable so I called up and John himself came out that afternoon!
We chose our boiler (really easy with the online survey) and I called the very helpful Kerry in the office as we had no hot water. As foster carers, this was a serious issue. I expected having to go to a hotel but the installation was booked for the very next day!
The team of fitters arrived and they did a fantastic job. Pipework needed changing and the brickwork was so tidy. We have a fab boiler and the whole process from enquiry to fit took 2 days. We also have an annual service and unlimited call outs. They left everything so tidy and all rubbish was removed.
Cannot recommend this company and the whole team enough!

We had a boiler replacement by JW, the experience was great from start to finish. The lads turned up nice and early, with a smile on their faces ready to start the job. Within a few hours the job was done to a fantastic standard. We previously had a full re-wire and there was no electric near the boiler so one of the lads even left his extension cable so we had water until the electrician came, which is so important with 2 kids under 14 months! The lads were fantastic at explaining everything and helped me set up the boshe easy app on my phone. I was so impressed with the turnaround, how lovely the lads were, the standard of work and how they kept everything clean and tidy. I wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future, absolutely recommend 100%!

Our original boiler was a Vulcan Continental which was over 60 years old and it wasn't even on the list for British Gas. It was replaced with a Worcester Greenstar 4000 with thermostats in every room which instantly gave out so much more heat. Great products, all installed fantastically.

The guys who fitted our boiler were amazing and so friendly, as well as John who called out to offer us the best deal as well as Heather in the office.

Spoke to heather booked a boiler service had excellent service sorted out a very small problem very efficiently would recommend company and staff to any potential customers

What a great experience this was to have our age old boiler replaced by Mike on behalf of Jw heating services. He arrived at the time agreed and got straight to work with our boiler swap out. We can now enjoy the benefit of our showers not running cold as they have done in the past and the central heating is perfect. I have no difficulty recommending this company to anyone who needs a boiler/centra heating solution. Pure professionalism shown from start to finish by all concerned.
