I can't wear my wedding rings thanks to Juyoyo's poor quality.

We ordered the stone moss agate ring from Juyoyo, along with a matching wedding band.

The rings are unusable. They scrape three of my fingers - my ring finger, middle finger, and pinky. Eventually, if I keep the rings on long enough, my fingers start to bleed. The rings are so poorly designed that they're useless. I wear them for special occasions like birthdays and anniversaries, because that's all I can tolerate.

Their return policy is abysmal, so don't bother trying to get your money back. We thought we'd save money by ordering online, but we got shafted.

Now I have wedding rings that sit in a drawer and collect dust. I wear a placeholder ring from Amazon.

Save yourself the headache and go to a trusted brick-and-mortar jeweler where you can try on quality rings. It will cost more, but it's a better use of your money.

I have not received my purchase nor any tracking information for it. Order was made 10/27/25.

I emailed the company and received a prompt reply. Further, I received my purchase earlier than projected which meant I could give it to my daughter on her birthday. She loved it. The only thing I think might have been helpful to know was exactly how small the additional stones and engraving would be. I almost missed them, thinking they had been forgotten. Probably not worth the additional al cost as they are so small it is hard to make out their color. Print was OK for a pair of young eyes but not so much for mine. Still, it is a beautiful piece. Thank you!

I am so late in posting this, but my entire experience was incredible. I needed my ring in a rush and they were so accommodating in getting me my perfect ring for the most important decision I had ever made. My wife and I are approaching our one year wedding anniversary and she is still so proud of her engagement ring.

They always respond to my questions. Jewelry is beautiful and customize the way I would like it.

Ring is costume jewelry. Not real silver and not even stamped as such. Also the diamonds are not real as well

Ring was way smaller than expected. Shipping took a month and customer service didn't seem to care at all about customers. Never ordering from this sorry excuse for a company ever again

The size guide on their website is inaccurate and They charge a 35% restocking fee if you need to exchange for a different size. I purchased a ring as a Christmas present, and ordered it early to arrive in time. I used the sizing chart on the website and measured the recipient's finger to be sure I ordered the right size. The ring was too big for the recipient so I emailed (support email was only option given to contact for issues) within 30 days of receipt to request an exchange to a smaller size. It took 5 days to get a response and then was told I was out of the 30 day window for returns and advised I should go to a local jeweler to resize and pay for it myself. They have no extended return period during Christmas and stick to normal 30 day return window. I emailed back and explained I was within 30 days when I first emailed and it wasn't my fault it took them 5 days to respond. I was then told that exchanges for things like ring size incurred a restocking fee of 35% and would cost me $112. Surely they could have offered other solutions, but they did not. I buy jewelry often for my wife, and won't be wasting any more of my money with this company that has below standard customer experience policies. Stay away.
