Obsessed
I am obsessed with Juvabun hair accessories! I first bought the messy bun and can wear it lower for a more casual look or higher on my head for a formal event. It took me 3 minutes to do my hair for a gala and 2 of those minutes was putting my hair up in a ponytail and fixing it just right. The bun wrapped around quickly and I was able to gently comb it to make sure it fell into place. My partner had no idea it wasn't my hair. He thought I had it done at the salon.
I liked the messy bun so much, I bought the beachwave ponytail. It's SO EASY to clip on! I have longer hair and it's really straight, so I can't just pull it into a pony tail with the ponytail clip. You can see the straight hair underneath. So I pull it into a soft bun and clip the ponytail over it. Instant body, height, and curly!
I just bought the bangs so I'm excited to try them. I don't want to commit to cutting my bangs, but this will allow me to have a different look every once in a while.

So many reasons I love my topper
Excellent color match. Very easy to attach. And I find that my topper is not only not hot, it seems to act as insulation when the weather is warm. And it covers my severely receding hairline well.

I bought two last year and they still…
I bought two last year and they still look new. (I wash them with wig shampoo) I just bought two more of a lighter shade. Since my gray is coming in faster than I like I get my hair colored. So I know that I'll have the right shade in between coloring. LOVE THEM !

Perfecr color, perfect messy bun
I ordered a messy bun, when I received it, the color was too light and it seemed like a lot of hair since I am very petite. I contacted customer service and they were extremely helpful. Not only did they replace the bun with a darker shade, they let me get the smaller bun as well. The new one arrived extremely fast and it was perfect! I couldn't be happier with this company and their products. The bun looks so natural I'm wearing it to my daughters wedding!!

I have ordered from Juva Bun 3 times. Most recent being on February 7th, 2024. I can NOT say enough about this company and their outstanding products. I have strawberry blonde hair and it is so so hard to find anything to match my color. I chose the "Reddish Blonde Long Spiral Curly Magic Ponytail Extention"
I absolutely can't believe how identical it is to my real hair. That blew me away, as well as how REAL it actually looks AND feels. I literally wear it everyday because YES, I think it makes me look Sooo Pretty!! Lol
My real hair is very long but VERY THIN so when I put this piece in, it gives the look of instant thickness and length! It's also so nice and shiny too. I thought when it came time for me to brush it that it would DEF shed but NOPE. Barely. And also, they send you FREE Bobby pins along with these awesome affirmation stickers which i love. I just can't say enough about this company!!! Their customer service is unmatched and the shipping time was days quicker than I was told. Thank You So Much for such an amazing experience time and time again.

There was no misunderstanding, refunds can be handled in many ways. From my first complaint I was told I would get a refund. Why didn't that happen? Instead you sent me a hair piece replacement which took a long time to arrive and was no good to me. Don't take their customer service agents at their word.
ALSO, I HAVE ASKED NUMEROUS TIMES FOR THE NAME, EMAIL ADDRESS AND PHONE NUMBER but forelegs what ever reason they ignore that request. All I wanted was my $50 odd dollars back, but they spend the money telling me to go to the bank and wasting their resources!!!!
