Just tyres strood- dreadful service, book my car in for a new tyre for 11 o’clock and was still waiting for it to be done at 11.45. Clearly can’t cope with running the branch.

Boys were thorough , nice very helpful attended to what I wanted carried out although it took time for them to track it right I personally blame the tools they had to use they need a upgraded tracker system really using a lot device, not helpful for them but no complaints, tyres done in record time

Terrible experience. Dropped my car off to have a new tyre fitted in the afternoon, but wasn’t told until I walked in 8 hours later that the tyre never arrived. I wasn’t offered an alternative (I had a slow puncture so that would’ve been helpful) or even given confirmation if it would be there the next day. Even when I was asked about a refund I was told to look at my e-mails and had to find the number to call.

There are better options in the area that offer same day/next-day so look there instead, where the staff are competent and helpful.

I went to Strood office last Friday within my booked appointment. The guys were rude and abusive to me and my tyre was not changed. All because I asked why they did not ask me where the locking key was for the wheel. My tyre did not get changed. I phoned up head office and I'm still waiting on refund. DO NOT GO THERE.

Booked online. Arrived for appointment slightly late but the fitter was good about it. He said it would take around 30 minutes so went for a coffee. Sure enough, I went back 30 minutes later and he was just finishing.

Happy with tyres, reasonable prices, good service, friendly staff. Gave 5 stars no problems, only with my car and gad to carry the tyres needed and refund the remainder. Would definitely recommend to friends and family

I took my s max in to have all 4 tyres done. They told me I need break pads and discs all round the car, also said it’s like my car has no breaks. Obviously having children in the car and being a mum of 3 I panicked, phoned my husband when I left the garage and told him. He checked them and so did my father in law and brother in law who are mechanics which said they don’t need doing, there plenty of pad on my breaks and the discs are fine. I feel they took the mick a bit because I was a woman on my own. Please be careful. Always get a second opinion before placing an order.

I dropped my car off at Just Tyres in Strood, kent, at the alotted time of 8.30am (booked online) last Saturday morning. The chaps were ready for it and went to work replacing four tyres and doing the tracking while I went for some breakfast and within the hour everything was complete and I was away. Excellent service, I wish everything ran so smoothly. I'll definetly recommend Just Tyres to friends in future.

I liked that they were able to fit me in at short notice but everything else i disliked, when I phoned the young lad said they didnt have the budget tyre in I ordered, yet when I rang H O they told me they did,
when I asked if he had checked my back tyres he said he had , but as I was travelling my warning light cam e on to indicate I had a problem with my tyres and it was almost deflated.

I didn't have the best experience at the Just Tyres Strood branch. The guy sitting at reception was rude and unable to give clear and concise information. While waiting at the reception area for my car wheels to be changed, he argued with one customer and asked him to leave, then later banged the door and used the word "wan****". I have also booked the pro Alignment of tyres, and once finished, my car was still leaning towards the right, and the steering was heavy. I called the Strood branch again and told them about my experience. The same receptionist guy took the call and asked me to come back. I asked him if he wanted me to come today or later in the week, and he asked me to come today. I travelled back to the shop and asked him how long will it take. He was like I am unable to give you any timeline now and I was like Should I wait for 1 hour or 2 hours he casually said he didn't know but would give me a call back once ready. I went away and started roaming around the town and called them myself after one and half hours, and he said, come and collect your car. On my way back, I still noticed that the vehicle was leaning towards the right, and the problem was still not fixed. I am not bothered to call them back as it would be a waste of time and trip.
I had used Just Tyres in the past and had a wonderful experience with the Tonbridge branch.

Just good service and the staff were very polite

I had booked my car in to the strood branch to have 2 tyres and tracking done at 15.00 hours.
On my arrival the manager was rushing around to go out,didnt stop for one moment to sort my appointment out,the 2 lads working in the workshop were busy on 2 cars.
Lucky enough I had taken my newspaper with me,
When I left with the car finished it was 16.40.
The eldest lad who done the invoice apologised for the wait.
I will be honest with you if I hadn't had
Paid already for the tyres,I would have walked out,because of the non attention of the manager,who for 1,or 2 mins could have attended me on entering your property.
