Very positive experience renting from Just Stay. Rented two different properties over the last year with them and they have always been very supportive and willing to quickly assist with any of our queries. Would definitely recommend.

They complained that my inquires exhausted them too much and it took me too long to make the decision so that they have moved on with others.

I might just say that others have signed the contact and let me me move on instead of saying this in a very insulting way.

U are given only 48 hours to sign the contact. I have asked more pics as I am going to rent a place that purely based on the pics and vids.

They told me that they can make it for u then they say this place is in high demand so they can’t get video.

The house market is in demand but u at least can treat people like normal human.

This is the worse agency I have experienced during rental search. Not sure why all those good reviews coming from.

Really quick and easy process. Magdelana is really responsive and helpful. The apartment is clean and looks exactly as in the photos. Excellent experience overall.

The apartment was really nice and cozy and the service from the agency has always been punctual and efficient.

Just Stay apartments was the first housing agency I had a contract with in the Netherlands.
They were very reactive to inquiries and left no question unanswered.
The apartment I rented was newly renovated and looked exactly like in the pictures on their website.

Just is een tophost en stond direct klaar toen wij aanvullende vragen hadden. Het appartement was schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien, niks op aan te merken!

During my stay here they have always made sure that I am as comfortable as possible. Any issues were solved rapidly and communication was very good. I would definitely recommend working with them!

I am that one person who rarely leave a review for something unless it is so worth it. I just want to share my excellent experience staying with them and hope this helps a bit in you guys' decision.
The move-in date was smooth, even when we planned to travel abroad passing the move-in date, when we arrived at the property it was the middle of the night but keys were arranged perfectly so there was no problem getting in. Just let them know your plan and it will all be sorted out.

Secondly, we got regular proper feedback about energy usages so that we won't be bounded by the surprised extra costs at the end of our stay. If you don't agree with their feedback, they will spend time listening to your complaint and try to solve it from your perspective telling you the benefit you get from doing so, which encourage (not force) you to act accordingly.

Just Stay, especially Just Kist is always there for you, really, he sees things from the tenant's perspective. Sometimes I only talk to him so that he goes talk to the landlord and bring back a nice solution.

The landlord is a very friendly person and straight in conversation.

Then comes the apartment that we stayed in. It is indeed a very nice + bright one with smart design, care to smallest touch. You have plenty of storage for 2 persons even in a 35m2 studio. Everything was cleaned well before we moved in, we even have for ourselves 2 big blankets instead of 1 like in other housing providers :)) Plus point: a chrome cast is available at our accommodation.

The accommodation in Graaf Floristraat is cozy, fully prepared, and spacious so you could move in without worries. The support team is warm and react rapidly to your question. We had a wonderful stay there. ;)
