Through your amazing web site I placed an order for seeds and a thermometer. It all arrived very quickly unfortunately the thermometer was broken on arrival. I emailed the company, and was immediately offered a replacement or refund, the replacement has arrived the very next day. Thank you so much for brilliant customer service.
