I happened upon this website when looking for a special anniversary gift for friends of mine. I emailed customer service about the pricing and received a response within24 hours. The cost was very reasonable and decided to move forward with the 48 hour option. I provided details about the couple and got back a beautiful song! There was one verse that was not exactly correct. I got one free redux and gave them my suggestion for the change. Within 24 hours, I got a revised song with the new lyrics. Although they tell you the song may be completely changed, all was the same with the exception of those lyrics. I shared this with the couple and they were amazed and so touched. It was so easy to do. Took very little time. Hardest part was thinking back all the years and sorting out the quirky /important memorable moments! I am from Australia so getting the pronunciation of place names correct meant alot. The preview was great, a real little tease. Well, a 4.9 is just almost perfect, but as for my own vote, I would easily rate this group at a 5.0+. After reading on several different groups, I felt like JustOurSong stood easily above the rest. You have to go into these things knowing or at least expecting a certain measure of AI involvement. There are few PEOPLE who could take a handful of information from someone they do not know and never even met and put together something so personal, so emotional. My wife actually told me this was the most special thing I had ever done for her and I believe that is due to how they told our story. I was a little skeptical about creating a song for my husband on a site I saw on Facebook, but it allowed you a trial,so i went for it. I filled out the info they asked and was told it would take a day or two, so keep checking my email. Well, it definitely came and I was so surprised that the song they created for/about my husband was great.

The first song sounded great but I wanted to change a couple of words to make it more personal and they knocked it out of the park. Worked directly thru emails to their support staff and they accommodated my every issue. Plus, the music and voice was outstanding and it wasn't that bad on the wallet. This company is AWESOME!!! I am going into a cancer surgery on Monday Aug 3 and I'm really nervous about it.
I wanted to leave something for my 6 kids, just in case.
The process was extremely easy. They walk you right through. Leave a few thoughts, special memories etc and they put a song together.
