No problem getting through to a human being on the phone. No long wait, no automated nonsense, just a friendly person who sorted out my queries quickly and efficiently. My renewal price was very competitive and the terms were tailored to my needs. I've been with Just Kampers now for four or five years. Havent had to make a claim yet, but I'm confident that the same no nonsense approach will prevail if I do.
