Terrible insurer, charges penalties depending on the direction if wind.
Thankfully realised this in my 14 day cooling off period so cancelled straight away.
Would definitely NOT recommend!

Sorry to hear that you’ve not had the positive experience we aim to deliver on this occasion.
After you arranged your insurance policy online and validation checks were performed, we discovered previously non-disclosed material facts. Changing the policy to reflect these unfortunately resulted in an additional premium. We try to keep administrative fees fair and reflective of the costs incurred to administer such changes.

Friendly and competitive insurance with breakdown cover
Getting the online quote was easy and competitive. It is definitely worth taking the call back from the office to review your quote and see if they can give you a better deal. I went all in with additional breakdown cover it was still less than I expected.
Paul was friendly and called me back at a time I was available to finalise the insurance. Highly recommended.

You beat the Adrian Flux quote (who used to have all my business, but p***ed me off trying to sort a renewal for my wife’s VW T2 in an overbearing manner).

A 2 hour 10 min call is wrong
It takes a minute to review but 2 hours and 10 minutes to switch from your old van to your new van. On one occasion I had the pleasure of being out on hold for over 20 mins. It’s obvious the lovely lady was having trouble contacting the insurer and that her system kept dropping things. Pulling teeth etc
