I am troubled by how long it took from order placement to shipping to delivery (hopefully). Very disappointing.

I am normally an 38-40 exlarge. I ordered 2 xl. It is way small. Tried one on ,can’t wear it . But that is what happens when you buy on internet.based on this sizing I would need a 4 xl for a decent fit

So I recently purchased a product from Candyman and it broke almost instantly. I reached out just to let you know I didn’t ask for my money back or anything. Just wanted you to know about the flaw of the product and immediately I got an email back asking for a picture and offering to replace it in no cost. I called that great customer service and good and great customer service keeps customers. Thank you again.

The shorts I got the color ran on 2 of the items I had purchased 7 in total contacted the customer service who admitted an issue with one color that has been discontinued. But tried to tell me nylon doesnt run with pictures of the shorts in water with the water obviously stained Said they would replace with a different color ut only 4 of the 7 I asked for black or grey and they sent lilac... like something that obviously doesn't sell. So i cant use the first ones an d the new ones will be straight in the bin. The fit of these is nowhere near as good as many other brands and after the appalling customer service I would never buy this brand again.

I ordered an item from them but realized I marked the wrong size. So I emailed CS and told them I would like to swap out sizes. Mind you, the item hadn’t shipped yet. The CS rep sends me back a copy of the return policy and says ship it back when you get it. Here’s an idea, how about you stop the shipment from going out and swap out the items?
