This was a great experience, and great transaction, really happy about the service.

Honda 7 warranty-void not worth the paper it’s written on
Purchased a new Honda self drive in late September 2025, used a few times, I started to have issues when storing mower in slow mode to empty box/ mower cut out.
Complained to point of purchase Honda dealer to be informed out of their 30 days return-contact Honda direct.
Honda direct told me to arrange for Honda dealer to inspect ( Hereford) , I arrange for them to collect at the cost of £99.00 plus vat as I’m disabled I can’t lift.
I received an email to say it was the carburettor and would put a claim into Honda , I have now been informed the issue was caused by dirty/ contaminated petrol.
I purchase my petrol from the only busy petrol station in Monmouth town so that can’t be, then they said it might be the was I stored the mower, I explained a per instructions.
Honda have refused to cover the fault under its 7 year warranty- I ASK WHAT WARRANTY!.
If it was an old mower then I expect it!
It’s a common fault as I find out online .
Stay away from Honda buy from another company.

No response from customer service
No response from customer service, 6 days since i emailed to tell them it arrived damaged.
Broken parts on arrival.
Expect better from Honda.
Update- They said they would send me a replacement part to fix 1 of the broken parts but i should try to fix the other issue myself. Still not bothered to send the part they said they would send. Would be a good machine if it wasn't broken, the useless customer service means i will never buy Honda again though.

Delivery on time,by a very nice gentleman, who then proceeded to show me how to operate the lawn mower, and explained clearly, to me the steps to take to operate it correctly.

Everything you need for your Honda mower
If you have a Honda mower you can get all the parts you need, the correct blade and so on. Their service packs contain a new plug, air filter and the correct amount of oil you need. Hondas are designed to be easy to service and use. Punctual and always good service.

Purchased a Honda Izy Lawnmower
Purchased a Honda Izy Lawnmower, was contacted by Bella from Just Honda to say there would be a extra charge of £15 for postage as I live in Scotland, I was a lttle surprised as I'm not in the highlands or the like; however, the price of the lawnmower was good so I paid the extra. The lawnmower was delivered by DHL later that week in perfect condition and put away until springtime. While I am pleased with the service so far, and have given 5 stars, the litmus test is how the company responds when there is an issue which I've not had to test yet.

Apologies for the inconvenience caused here, our couriers DHL did struggle under the extreme pressure of consignments in the lead up to Christmas but upon further investigation once we had returned to the office we can see the delivery was made to you the very same morning you posted this review.
