I have a Great Dane and have been looking for a good solid bed for him for so long. I bought so many beds with non scratch promises and all sorts of promises. They were all terrible. One in particular lasted three hours. Got one from just for pets! Not only the quality is amazing but it’s the first bed I buy which fits into my Dane’s crate. The price was also unbelievable. I recommend this shop 100%

Ordered a cooling Blanket for my dog the service was good and when it arrived was not disappointed lovely material and my dog loves it especially in the hot weather

Order never arrived. Emailed the company and was told it would arrive by the end of the week. 2 weeks later and still nothing. Have asked for a refund but of course heard nothing back.

I have been ordering natural dogs chews from Just for Pets online for some time. Always delivered quickly and good quality items, the pick and mix is especially good for trying new things and getting exactly what you need. I particularly want to recommend them for their fantastic customer support when I contacted them about a problem with a recent order, they responded quickly and solved the issue with absolutely no fuss. If you have a large dog their Large Sow Ears are excellent chews, our dog loves them, they aren't very smelly and last a good while too!

We visit the Long Eaton Branch regularly, helpful staff always friendly and they are happy to put aside food for us to collect the next day.

I don’t know if this is at every store but the Coventry branch has been completely overtaken by raw food. As soon as you enter you are met with crates of dead animal parts, rabbits ear, hooves, snouts everything. I’m no veggie but god the stench when you walk in is disgusting and unbearable! Then you have to explain to your horrified young kids what it all is! I’m not against raw feeding in anyway but unless you are going to be a strictly dog only store you may want to consider moving the dead carcasses from the rest of the shoppers. I don’t wish to nearly vomit everytime I enter your store.

I always use the Swadlincote store when looking for anything for my pets. My dog loves to visit as she is always made to be so welcome. It has an extensive rage of food from raw to dried with lots of natural treats for us to choose from. They are always happy to check if an item is due in stock and call me when products come in. And it's always worth popping in just to say hello to Rico the parrot!

Been meaning to leave a review for months as I use Evesham store on a regular basis. They provide such an amazing customer service and the range in store is second to none. Tracy helped me today and couldn’t do enough for me as needed advice with raw dog food.

I'm really surprised to read poor reviews regarding online orders and delivery.
I bought a Petfusion xl bed....£109 , I kid you not they range from £219 -258 elsewhere...see Amazon. I did check to see if this was possibly a scam, but this company has a concrete store ...placed my order 15.30 Wednesday, received today via DPD by 14.00 - 5*experience. Thanks

Just spoke to the wonderful John about my birds 🐦, his knowledge is better than my local vet , he was very kind and took the time to advise me on my problem ,wonderful old fashioned service ,he was great 👍 !!!!!!!!!!!

My order never arrived, I received absolutely no tracking link/reference whatsoever and it’s well past the expected delivery timeframe listed on the website. I emailed and I was only offered a partial refund; not really good enough is it if I’ve paid full price for an item that never arrived. Won’t be ordering from here again.

Insects and larvae infested natural treats. Disgusting magots and chunky thick insects crawling all over them. Smelt awful as well, that smell doesn’t just accumulate overnight. The person packing must have known it wasn’t up to standard. If you want to get natural treats just get them from the actual store do not order them online. It was absolutely horrific to see. The shipping was good and they responded really quickly and gave me a full refund but it’s not acceptable why don’t they use common sense and vacuum seal them instead of leaving them in pathetic paper bags that aren’t even sealed.

Excellent service from this company. I buy Canagan dry dog food for my Wire Fox Terrier from a pet shop which is a 7 mile drive and no where else closer sells it. Thought i’d try this company to deliver it to my door instead and that’s exactly what happened after 2 days. So convenient I’ll be buying again.

I have a monthly subscription for dog food to be delivered and all has been fine. However, the last bag arrived split. Just for Pets were excellent in the way they addressed the issue immediately offering another bag or a full refund.

Very stressful listening to staff openly lie and deceive customers about owning pets when they do not. Then proceed to deceive customers by advising them on what their pets should eat as their own pet enjoys it. Many of the staff have no experience or knowledge of the pets they are advising on or of the products and use scripted knowledge from staff training Video's. This is of course fine but customers should be advised of this and not deceived that who is advising them has first hand knowledge and it is certainly in the public interest they are aware of this. I can honestly leave this review as I have witnessed such practices.

I ordered a specific toy for a dog and paid more
money for the delivery than for the toy. When it
arrived it was not the dog toy I ordered and not the
one I printed out for it was so tiny if I gave it to our
dog he might swallow it or chew it so it fell apart
really not suitable for any dog or cat.

Recently ordered one of their puppy deli boxes, opened it and it was filled with maggoty/caterpillar things crawling all over the natural treats, fly/beetley type insects on the sides of the box and lots of dead ones at the bottom of the box. Whole lot has now been thrown into the bin, absolutely vile. Would have thought something like would have been checked, clearly not.

I have to leave this review in the interests of public health following my visit this evening to the newly opening store in Tamworth, Staffordshire.
Upon entering the store it was apparent that none of the 3 visible members of staff on the shop floor were wearing face coverings. Well over 50% of their customers also had no face coverings, when I asked one customer why, he replied, ‘you obviously don’t have to because the staff aren’t wearing them’.
I questioned the staff at the till and they said that they had masks in their pockets!
Product range also poor and little product knowledge.
