Original appointment was cancelled and I was wondering if I had wasted my time. It was sorted out and rebooked quickly for a subsequent day and the plumber who arrived did an excellent job.

Electrician came within 2 hours on a Bank Holiday as our supply kept tripping. He identified the problem and fixed it within an hour. Very professional but to come at short notice on a holiday, very impressed with Just Fix

Experience w Justfix
Like: Direct communication via telephone with a competent person orchestrating the workers/work.
Took 3 appointments to fix a leaky washingmachine/waste water pipe. In all fairness an integrated problem.
Question is whether the machine and pipe couldn't have been fixed in one go. Perhaps in 2 appointments.
They struggle a little bit with the tradesmen they connect you with. As they are not badge employees, it will be a little more difficult to ensure quality. I do hope they have got a scoring system on their backend.
They did refund me 1 visit. In the end I paid ca. 300 GBP to get a clogged wastewater pipe sorted out.
Whilst they are much better than e.g. fantastic who basically weren't available in the past, they could bring up the responsiveness of their workers a little bit. Sometimes it's essential to have a quick call with a person on site. With VoIP this shouldn't be a problem.
Else, coms were very easy. The price is not bargain, but fair I would say.

eye wateringly expensive
the comms and the service was good but the overall cost was horrendous. I feel they ripped me off charging a double call out fee of £100 per machine rather than considering the work required and time on site (15 mins) £349 to replace 2 seals on 2 machines was a tad painful. I will go direct to someone who has a better charging method in future

Excellent repair
I have an Ikea built in microwave (bought about 7 years ago) which Ikea don't do any more, and they don't know who the OEM was (!), and the turntable motor died. The JustFix electrician replaced the dead parts in about 20 minutes. I was dead impressed, not least because a replacement would be tricky to procure because of the "built-in" aspect. It's a real pleasure to watch someone who knows what they're doing at work..

Gas Hob Installation
I used Just Fix for the installation of a gas hob which needed the gas pipe to moved. There was an issue with the gas fitting installation afterwards which I raised with them and they dealt with the matter in a very fair, professional and prompt manner. I would recommend. Thanks.

Fast, reliable and friendly fixing service
I had a fantastic experience with Just Fix, really happy with the service. My mother had a leak in her loft water tank, which was causing water to drip through the ceiling. She called me in a panic and, having been told about Just Fix, I thought this was a good time to try them out. I requested a plumber via the app, and was told that they were connecting my request to a fixer. I paid £110 callout at this point. I then received a text that my fixer was booked and on its way.
He stopped the leak and assessed the larger issue with the tank. I received another text that day with a quote for the full job and an appointment for the next day, giving the fixer the time to receive the parts needed. The full job was completed perfectly and I was invoiced for the quoted amount. Would certainly use Just Fix in these circumstances again.

This company appears to be scammers
This company appears to be scammers. If you are a tradesperson DO NOT sign up with this company. They do not pay the servicemen for services and pretend they have not received invoices to avoid payment. Have chased them and still no payment received.
Since posting the review, I have indeed been paid. But this would not have happened if I had not left a review. Only after posting my review did you get in touch with payment. Now I am receiving aggressive calls from Simon regarding my review, threatening my company with a bad review on CheckaTrade. This was the person who was being rude to me in the first place which prompted my review. You may not be scammers, but you are certainly very unprofessional. Will not deal with this company again and hope they delete all my details as a tradesperson for them.

App is very easy to use
App is very easy to use, literally was able to book an appointment in minutes and they come to check my washing machine within a couple of days. Unfortunately the part needed took a while to arrive which was the only downfall. Other than that the service was good and my washing machine was fixed for a good price!

First time user
This was the first time I had used this app and I am pleased I did. The hardest thing to find is a trusted professional that can come out and help complete things in the house. I live alone and so it was a worry getting someone you can trust in.
I had someone in to fix the drains. Then someone else to fix the washing machine and dryer. I’m now on the way to booking an electrician and handy man in to take a look at the cooker and lighting and doing some drilling for me.
At this rate, I may never need a man about the house again. Thanks Just Fix!

Great service
Great service, organised a plumber to fix my boiler so quickly. As a single women it's important to feel safe and know your not being ripped off by tradesmen and I felt safe in Just Fix hands. Thank you would definitely use again.

had a booking and needed to cancel it but was told £45 cancellation fee was payable, informed them that this was in breach of the consumer rights act that allows you a 14 day cooling off period for online bookings regardless of their terms and conditions.

We are sorry you are unhappy, however we cannot find a job under your name, on our system, or any contact information.
Please could you email us at kathleen@justfix.app or contact the office providing your booking ID or postcode so we can reach a resolution.
JustFix are transparent regarding costs and it is clearly stated on our website and in our Ts&Cs that, if the job is cancelled, a fee will be charged.
We are set up to provide a rapid response to home maintenance needs and, from the moment a job is booked, our team springs into action and costs are incurred.
In order for us to be able to provide the fastest response to our customers, there has to be a cancellation fee to discourage people from creating false bookings - thus wasting the team’s time and slowing down the experience for the legitimate customers in need.
You are incorrect about our cancellation period being in breach of the consumer rights act. Please see this link for more information: https://www.which.co.uk/consumer-rights/advice/what-s-a-cooling-off-period-and-how-do-i-use-it-to-cancel-an-order-avk4B3g0YAuH - It is very clear that “requests for urgent repairs and maintenance” are excluded from this 14 day cooling off period.
