Thanks for your excellent service. The quality of the fabrics is excellent. They arrived on Saturday a couple of days after ordering and are now in situ’ as a sail blind in my conservatory and also as a backing sheet for my pocket/biscuit quilt….. and it’s only Monday!!

I was told one of the fabrics I had…
I was told one of the fabrics I had ordered was on back order but then nothing else arrived either. When I chased they sent the remaining two fabrics but no lining so I can’t start anything. Having to wait 2 days or more for any response to an email is also not satisfactory and no one ever answers the phone. Poor service.

Poor quality packing.
I ordered a similar length of fabric from two suppliers on the same day. Just Fabrics took a day longer to dispatch than the other company which isn’t a big issue but the real problem is Just Fabrics packing. The other one came on a 1.5m cardboard roll. The Just Fabrics one came two way multi-folded into a 450mm x 350mm paper wrapped bundle meaning it arrived creased and will have to be ironed before use. Please see photo.

I am ever so sorry that you are unhappy with the way you have received your order.
We do state on our delivery page that fabric orders of under 4m are sent folded, whereas orders of 4.5m and above are sent rolled.
If you wish to place an order for fabric in the future and require it to be sent folded, please give us a call beforehand and we can arrange for this to be actioned. Please note, this may incur an increased delivery cost.
