Up until my last purchase which was Jan 7/26 I've never had any problem with anything. However this time after purchasing a pair of leggings after cutting the tags off I realized the back of the leggings had alot of the thread coming undone and they are ready to fall apart. Went to the store in Oakville, Ontario and the clerk said although she can see there are defects she wouldn't let me exchange them for a pair that wasn't. Even though I had the bill and the tags. She was extremely adamant that because the tags were off she wouldn't do anything. Thats the policy. So very disappointed in Just Cozy. I have purchased over the last couple of years over $300 of merchandise. I didn't think I needed to look over them with a fine tooth comb before removing the tag. Well they are totally useless and non wearable. I will never purchase anything again from this store and will tell everyone I know about my experience. These ones will go in the garbage even though they are brand new.

I love my leggings they are what it says just cosy. They are so comfortable. I have 10 pair

Disappointing Experience and Questionable Practices in Galleries Chagnon store in Lévis QC, Canada

I strongly advise against this store due to dishonest and potentially illegal practices. I purchased three sweaters and a pair of leggings, and after wearing one of the sweaters just once, it started pilling abnormally. I went back to the store to request a refund, but the manager refused, claiming that the receipt stated no refunds were allowed.

The issue is that this information must be communicated before payment, which was not done. Had I known that refunds were not possible, I simply wouldn’t have made the purchase. The manager even told me that it was my responsibility to ask! Honestly, this is unacceptable! It is the retailer’s duty to clearly inform customers, not for customers to guess or search for the information after the fact.

I asked to speak with a supervisor, but the manager flatly refused. This lack of transparency and professionalism is frustrating. They refuse to take responsibility for their mistakes and comply with their legal obligations. I will be filing a complaint with Option Consommateurs, as such practices should not be tolerated.

Found Just Cozy in a pop up store at the West Farms mall in West Hartford, Connecticut at the holidays. Everything was $10. The quality of the leggings were really nice, warm and cozy a great value and hope that they will show up again next year, the value of some of these leggings were $40 And truly they are made very nicelyand wonderful on a cold winter’s day.
Also, their blankets and scarves hat and gloves were very nice and a great selection!

Amazing quality leggings and super comfy. My mum brought me a few pairs of their leggings online from Canada and I had to order more and they ship to the UK!! Top notch leggings. Shipping takes a while but so worth it. Highly recommended xx
