Just Clear® - Birmingham Anmeldelser

Great service! We were in the market for a clearance of various bits of leftover rubbish and materials from several refurb and redecoration jobs around our house that had managed to fill our shed from floor to roof. We also wanted a sustainable service that doesn't just take everything to landfill, but tries to reuse and recycle. After witnessing Ian and his team work wonders with the house and garden of our hoarder next door, we mentioned this to them in a friendly chat and they assured us that our clearance wouldn't be a problem. As soon as we were ready, we contacted Ian with photos of our items, got a quote we liked the same day, and they came to clear 2 days later. Ian and his team then worked hard, steadily and carefully to remove everything. Reliable, trustworthy and professional throughout with clear communication.

First rate service!
Needed to clear the flat of a family member who had passed away. Just Clear came recommended & did an excellent job. Ian was friendly, helpful and very professional. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Ian and his team were absolutely amazing ! Reliable trustworthy and professional at all times not sure how we would have coped clearing our parents house without them !
Would not hesitate in using Ian again !

Ian and his team were friendly, helpful and diligent. I’d highly recommend.

Ian was very responsive with great communication before and on the day of the collection. The turnaround on the service was quick and they were able to accommodate my specific pick up times. Everything was cleared at a reasonable price. Great customer service.

I was able to speak to Lisa straightaway and communicate on WA. The discussion was clear and efficient and Lisa was very helpful. Would highly recommend.

I've just booked with Just Clear who have made sorting the last of my late fathers belongings a total breeze.

I have been trying to find homes for random, interesting but technically value-less items - such as my grandfathers WWII radio equipment! I'm told that they have strong connections with prop departments and will do what they can to find good homes for as much as possible!!

The fact that they take such care to donate and recycle really means a lot to me. They were not the first company I called - I felt the other companies would probably have taken it directly to landfill, if not fly tip it! I am hugely grateful for the care and attention they are paying a service that we will all need at some point.

I'll update once they've been to collect, but if they are as easy and as efficient to deal with as Lauren and Adam have been, I can't imagine we'll have any problems!

Bravo guys, you've turned a truly painful task into a delightful one.

Just Clear came on time and emptied out our old office efficiently and without any fuss about carrying things down 2 floors with no lift.

Easy process, good communication and collected within days, would recommend and certainly use again

Was very pleased with the service.
Had regular updates to confirm time of delivery and arrived exact time as advised.
Really quick and easy removal and very polite employees from telephone conversation to collection. Many thanks would definitely use again.

Friendly and professional service. Very respectful and helped to make the clearance process easy. Thank you

We had a dead fox in our garage. We were given a good quote. Kuldeep came out to collect it. He was very polite and professional. Also explained how they were going to dispose of the poor foxes carcass. He seemed genuinely sad for the fox too. Would definitely recommend and would use again if needed.
Thank you
