I sent a message to your help center and all I got in return were advertisements showing what was on sale. I never received an actual answer to my questions.
Although I will say that I did not care for the Tincture that I purchased, but I am sure the cream will be just fine.
On Jan 2nd, I did receive a response from Just CBD and was offered a substitute product for the one I did not like. I have received the product, Gummie Worms for CALM and have taken them a couple of times. They seem to work very well for anxiety. I will order them again in the future.

I started getting this product for my mom who is 90 years old with arthritis and crones disease. This product has been a miracle for her. She can get around much better and has reduced her pain meds. I purchased an order from no cap hemp company which is one of the companies they ship for. Put my order in on nov 25th and still haven't recieved my package. When i contacted them they gave me a tracking number that shows the shipping label was created on Dec 1st, but never given to usps. I never recieved any further assistance. Won't be doing business with nocaphemp or justcbd after this. It's been a nightmare and I'm just taking the loss.
