Do yourself a favour and avoid this…
Do yourself a favour and avoid this company, they will put you into more debt, dodge your questions, lie, ignore your emails, threaten you, not take accountability and the list goes on.
They will hide their fees and have trouble being completely transparent with their customers.
They do not personalise your experience and therefore you never know who you’re speaking with. They will even attempt to charge you cancellation fees, even after you’ve been with them for longer than 18 months. This happened to me, lucky I was one step ahead of them and checked their website for my rights as a customer.
They even attempted to threaten me by saying that my creditors will cut off all agreements and my monthly payments will go back to over $3K when that was the figure when I initially signed up, since then my debt has reduced dramatically and the monthly payments were way less. It’s how they install fear into their customers, to get what they want. Then when you call them out, they don’t respond to you.
Overall they’re an extremely unprofessional and unreliable company, they don’t even know their own rules.
Trust me - they’re not worth it.

Furthermore, our fees are transparently communicated before any client engagement. We cannot proceed without clients signing the necessary documents and appointing us as their representative. Just Budget prides itself on transparency.
It's crucial to emphasise that we have never threatened any client. Before signing with Just Budget, clients are duly informed that if they prematurely terminate their arrangement, the original debt amounts may be reinstated by creditors, depending on the duration of their engagement before cancellation.
Remarkably, 10 of your creditors were fully settled through your arrangement with Just Budget, significantly reducing your total debt.
Equally remarkable is our ability to provide you with much-needed financial relief during a challenging period. Therefore, it's disheartening to have positively transformed your financial situation only to receive such a response.
