Que reconocieran que se equivocaron al cobrarme algo que nunca pedi

E una truffa, non ho mai comprato niente li e mi hanno caricato 9.9€ per compra di una giftcard e 2 volte 69.15€ per cuota e in più quando ho scritto e chiesto di anullare tutto mi hanno caricato altre 6.95€

Tuve un problema a la hora del pago me puse en contacto y enseguida me han respondido y me han dado una solución. Han sido muy amables y muy atentos al problema.

This agent didn’t want to really help me in the beginning, they were just sending the automatic messages the company they work for told them to. I understand that there should be a certain standards for people in customer services to react to complaints, but we as customers don’t want a generic message that the company told them to give, cause that convert humans into robots. They didn’t want to understand my point of view and my situation in the beginning and were just trying to get off one more complaint of the day, however, I appreciate that at the end, the agent put their human side first and tried to understand my concerns and my reality, being able to actually accept my request. We spent more than 20 minutes discussing about something that was solved at the end in 15 seconds. I understand that it’s not their fault as customer agents, they are being told to say what they need to say, but again, this is not representing a good customer service. In customer services we need human interaction and empathy, in the moment they stopped just replying with the generic messages and started understanding my situation and my reality, in that moment they were able to solve my problem and left me with a happy ending. Let’s rethink the way we are doing customer service and actually help the customer. This is the reason I give them 4 stars, it could have been a 1 star but at the end, they listen to understand and not to react. That’s all we need as customers
