Everything was good except for the one…
Everything was good except for the one mattress issue. Had to contact customer service multiple times to get it sorted - this was one mattress out of 4, plus 5 sleep bundles so thought that the warehouse would notice and pickup on the fact that one item was still missing from a very large order.

Hi there! While we don’t currently offer pickup or disposal of old mattresses, many municipalities provide local collection programs, sometimes at no cost. We hope you enjoy your new mattress and many nights of better sleep ahead!
Great sleep and package
I liked that I ordered the mattress and got confirmation right away plus estimate of delivery and updates coming. The instructions for in wrapping and getting set up were great and easy.

Very comfortable
Very comfortable, feels like sleeping on a cloud but with support. Extremely happy with my purchase, only regret is that I didn't get one sooner.

Great customer service and love the mattress.
Juno was recommended to us, and we love that it is Canadian. With the initial order we submitted, we realized that we had ordered the wrong size mattress for our RV. Customer Service was on the bit and retracted the order before it was processed and refunded the credit card. The second order was processed and delivered very quickly. Love the the added bundle (pillows, mattress protector, and sheets). Thank you.

Products are very good. Response to an issue was immediate and dealt with to my satisfaction. I found the company really good to deal with and I would recommend it whole heartedly to my friends.

Delivery timescales are a lie.
I ordered from them as they had advertised 1-5 days delivery. Upon recieving the confirmation email, the delivery date was 13 days from order. I contacted them to discuss this and they don't account for "warehouse processing time" in their advertised delivery.
I cancelled the order immediately and was told that I would have a refund quickly. This was not the case either. 1.5 weeks later I received a refund, however it was for $150 less than what I had paid. No explanation, and I am still trying to get the full amount refunded to date.

Disappointing
The mattress came in good time.
The mattress was for a guest room and feels quite nice. The comfort bundle they off includes a queen sheet set and 2 standard pillows.
I also ordered separately, an alternative down duvet.
The sheets are very poor quality. It is 100% cotton an once washed the were so wrinkled I had to iron them… I have never ironed sheets!
As for the duvet? It is yet to come and no updates for 3weeks.
The 3star is for the mattress which seems fine.
Buyer beware.
