Some purchase vehicles for scrap, some to part them out, and some to resale them, but offers are reliant on what the carriers in your area are looking for and what they are able to pay based on their business needs and the current market value. Very Good Service
The driver was very nice and came at the time we agreed on. Both the Driver and his wife were very pleasant and professional. They hooked up my truck and hauled it off in less than 15 mins. If I had to use this service again I would.

This company is a rip-off. Called my local junk yard 2 hours later and was told they offer 2x the price this company offered. This company claim they will get you the most money.

We're sorry you weren't happy with our instant offer. We're always bringing on new buyers to help increase our instant offers but we do also offer a free listing service that allows you to post your vehicle on our site for the price you want and we do all the legwork to find a buyer for you. Similar to you selling through Craigslist or other listing services but with us you'll only deal with reputable buyers that are contracted with us.

Shirley, I am sorry that you experienced issues with the documentation for your vehicle. Typically speaking, documentation issues can add an extra level of frustration as there are certain hoops the Peddle and sellers sometimes have to jump through to get titles transferred correctly and it is unfortunate that you were caught up in this. It does appear that you were in communication with our internal support team and we were able to resolve the issues that arose, but if there are still any ongoing concerns please reach out to our team at 512-213-6513 so that we can make it right.

Chris, I am sorry to hear that there were delays with your pick-up. We are not an expedited removal service and rely on the carrier's schedules and availability. There are no notes in the system regarding the cause of the delay, but we have a dedicated customer service team here at Peddle that is willing to get involved and help resolve issues if you ever experience issues with our carriers again in the future.
