The Wheelzy staff was very helpful. They texted me several times. I requested a little more money because we only had 13,000 miles on our 2005 car and the Wheelzy offer went up some. The Towing Driver contacted me to keep me informed of the pickup time. He also took pictures of the signed documents and sent them to my text message. A wonderful experience all around.

The tower only offered me $100.00. He said that the Catalytic Converter was all rusted out. He took a picture with his cell phone, but never showed it to me. He gave me a $100.00 bill, which was already separated from other money. I got the feeling tat he had already decided before he saw the car to offer me the discounted amount. The original offer was $435.00. I accepted the offer, as I wanted to get rid of the car. He started the car and placed it on the flat bed and left. I got the feeling that this is how you do business. Offer a large amount and pay a small amount. I will never recommend you business to anyone.

The agents I spoke with were very honest and helpful...they went above and beyond to help me get the documents I need to complete our transaction. By comparison they were BY FAR the most generous quote I received.

I don’t remember her name, but the person I first talked To on the phone (Vanessa I Believe) was very nice. The person who picked up my car also did a great job.

Too many texts asking me the same question and also the information gave to me wasn't the same as the one that the buyer gave me. Other than that, people were nice and polite.

The tower guy got there early. He made my experience so amazingly fast and took about 5 mins for the whole experience once he got there with. Tow truck. Handed him my paper work for my car and key he gave me my cash and that was it!!!! I would definitely recommend them....
