I'm very satisfied with a Very smooth and professional transaction. Very fair price for my vehicle. Friendly, Fast and Courteous Tow company. Communication by Junk Car Traders and the Tow Company during entire transaction was awesome.
My GO TO company if needed again.

The entire process was easy and quick. They stayed true to there price and didn't try to change it when they picked up the car. The driver was super nice and friendly. Overall they were great to do business with.

I would have given 5 stars but the time line for pickup was way off like 5 or 7 hours late .great friendly tow driver very polite and professional

Good price, friendly staff, reasonably prompt service. My only complaint is that it seemed like I was dealing with 3 or 4 different representatives, none of whom had any idea what the others were doing, or what information I had already provided. Five stars to the driver, he seemed to be the most professional employee in the bunch!

The clerks were very helpful in getting the ball rolling on getting the vehicle prepared for pick-up. There were constant texts and phone calls to ensure that services were rendered, and when they were not on the date that was designated, the clerks went above and beyond reaching out to their superiors to ensure the pick-up was rescheduled. The driver gave ample notification when he was en-route to pick up the vehicle. He was very courteous and professional.

Everything about this process was quick and easy. They are super responsive. Definitely recommend these guys!

This was a better experience than I expected. I was given a fair price for my vehicles. Vehicles were picked up in a timely manner. Communication was wonderful and tow truck driver was excellent. I would definitely recommend.
