My apprenticeship masterclasses with Darren were great, they covered everything and the assignments set were good. Everything was well coordinated and I was always informed of anything in advance.

My skills coach Emma R has helped me throughout my apprenticeship, always there to answer my questions and support me if I was unsure of what to do. She has been supportive and helpful throughout the course.

I also had good experiences with Sukie G during my initial session and induction - she was helpful and aided me when I was unable to access Smart Assessor for a period of time.

My experience was great and i felt fully supported and on track throughout my whole apprenticeship. Darren provided thorough workshop lessons where things where explained thoroughly and was really interesting to learn about. Emma Rayne provided me with lots of support and advice throughout the whole of my apprenticeship and helped me reach my OTJHs early and answered questions I had.

I really enjoyed doing with apprenticeship with Juniper, they were really helpful and supportive with my journey to complete my Level 2 customer service apprenticeship to the best of ability. Natalie was my assessor, and she helped me a lot in developing my skills and was very supportive in completing my coursework. I'm really thankful for her help in achieving the qualification to the best of my ability.

Juniper Training have supported me massively with my development as an early years practitioner, teaching me the skills and knowledge to support me in my role. Just want to give a mention for Faye Baker who’s supported me throughout, providing help when i’ve needed and who’s always been there if i’ve needed any help! I appreciate you so much🙂

I have recently completed my Apprenticeship with Juniper. My Tutor Faye Baker has been absolutely wonderful. She supported me throughout and ensured I was ready and prepared for my EPA. I passed with a Distinction and could not thank or recommend Juniper or Faye enough!

Was so anxious about my EPA coming up, however my tutor Safah Shakil made me feel so much better! She supported me throughout the whole process and helped me achieve a distinction. Thank you Safah❤️

Darren is a brilliant skills coach, who has significantly helped with my development both in my apprenticeship as well as my current role. Darren is very supportive and truly cares about my progression and growth. Darren brings clarity and structure to each and very session and is able to tailor his approach to help me to strengthen key skills and achieve specific goals. Overall, Darren has made my apprenticeship a great experience.

My apprenticeship tutor Darren has been an incredible source of support and guidance throughout my learning journey. His ability to explain complex ideas in a clear and engaging way has made a real difference in building my confidence and understanding. He is always patient, approachable, and genuinely invested in helping me succeed, consistently going above and beyond to ensure I get the most out of my experience. His passion for teaching and commitment to his students truly set him apart, and I feel very fortunate to have him as my tutor.

Emma was a great coach for my CIPD level 5. She was knowledgeable, supportive and on hand with any queries I had.

Juniper as a provider I had a mixed experience with and prior to Emma being my skills coach I had a very poor experience. But I cannot fault Emma in her approach and she got the course back on track and passed successfully, which I would not have been able to do without her!

Emma has been an amazing apprenticeship skills coach throughout my journey. She is incredibly supportive, approachable, and always takes the time to explain things clearly. Emma regularly checks in, provides constructive feedback, and genuinely cares about my progress and development.
She has helped me stay organised, motivated, and confident, especially when balancing work responsibilities with my apprenticeship requirements. Her guidance has made a real difference to my learning experience, and I always feel encouraged after our catch-ups.
I’m very grateful for Emma’s ongoing support and would highly recommend her to anyone undertaking an apprenticeship.

As someone still quite new to the course, I’ve been really impressed by how strong and honest the communication is. A big shout-out to Emma D, who has been incredibly supportive, always bringing an open-minded and fair approach to every situation. She’s a fantastic motivator and coach, consistently helping us meet deadlines while keeping us informed and up to date throughout the course. I would absolutely recommend this to others!

I have had a brilliant experience doing my apprenticeship with juniper, especially with all of the help and guidance from my amazing skills coach, Darren Dean. He is extremely friendly both inside and outside of Juniper/Teams, he makes me think that anything is possible. I struggle a lot with my ADHD and for Darren to sit there in his own time and break down all the work he does to help me understand is so appreciated by me. Darren is one of a kind and is approachable with any issues or struggles i have. All reviews that we have done so far, we have laughed and joked around, a 30 minute review always turns into an hour with all the things we talk about. I wouldn't be where I am now without him. I would have given up a long time ago if I didnt have Darren and the help he offers.

5 months into my apprenticeship and i am really happy with the service and support from Juniper. Darren Dean, my skills coach, has been fantastic. He is super helpful, can answer any questions i have, really fast responses which us helpful when trying to crack on with an assignment. Darren is also really friendly outside of college/work-chat, always happy to have a normal conversation about general chatter which is a real breath of fresh air compared to other tutors that i have had experience with.

On the whole, i have zero negatives to pick at with Darren and juniper, and am really enjoying the apprenticeship. The workshops are resourceful and as i said, Darren is really helpful and friendly. Top stuff

Darren is a fantastic skills coach for our apprentices at Bell Lamb & Joynson. He is thorough, approachable and is always at hand if we need him. He keeps the apprentices on track, by continuously checking in and making sure everything is as it should be. Any concerns, he raises straight away, and keeps me in the loop.

I couldn’t have asked for a better mentor during my apprenticeship. From day one, Darren was incredibly supportive, approachable, and genuinely invested in my development. He took the time to guide me through each task. His patience and communication helped build my confidence, and i appreciated how he was always available to answer questions or offer reassurance when needed. Thanks to Darren's guidance, I’ve developed both professionally and personally.

Juniper as a whole has also been extremely supportive. When I first applied for my role, they immediately reached out and ensured that I was fully prepared for my interview, which made a huge difference to me. Since then, everyone I have come into contact with has been incredibly helpful, friendly, and kind, creating a really positive experience throughout my apprenticeship.

I was given the chance to do a Business Admin Level 3 Course through Juniper Training. I found the support that Darren Dean as given, helped. I was very apprehensive when i started the course due to my age. Darren Dean helped every step of the way.

Juniper Training have been alongside me while completing my Business Admin Apprenticeship, and have helped me throughout. Harris Aslam was my tutor, and has helped broaden my knowledge, as well as supported me with any questions or topics I didn’t understand. He helped me feel more confident leading up to my exam, and helped me achieve a distinction! Very happy with the support I received. Thank you!

When I left school in 2024, I unfortunately did not pass my GCSE's, I had struggled in school and it made me believe I wouldn't be able to pass my retakes. I then worked at a nursery but knew it wasn't for me. My sister worked for an estate agency, I knew I wanted more of a career than a temporary job. I got the job and I was very excited but of course nervous as I knew this was a big role for a 16 year old. After discussing with my sister and manager we decided I would retake my maths and english at level 2 (this was intimidating for me as I had only ever worked at foundation level in school) and a level 3 business administration course (a-level work). Of course I took this on but was very nervous, I did not do business in school and thought the level of the work would be too high for me. After my brief meeting to have a rundown of what the course included, I was a lot more calm but still very nervous. I then was assigned my assessors, Samantha Edwards for my english, Ebere Benson-Ezeh for my maths and Emma Rayne for my business admin. The style of the work was very easy to understand, my english and maths was a meeting every week for a lesson, assigned work to complete, a very straight forward and easy process, the two lovely ladies who taught me where amazing, completely comfortable to ask for help when needed, and if I ever needed a little push it did not feel intimidating. You can really feel how much the tutors care about you, and your learning. I was able to pass both my English and Maths assessments early with over 95% on all, this was such an amazing accomplishment for me knowing I had doubted myself and was working at a higher level, I had smashed it! I was then able to have complete focus on my business, working as well as doing work with an apprenticeship can be difficult, but my help from Emma Rayne made this process feel like a breeze, I have been able to form such a great relationship with her. Emma makes it known any question or help you need is absolute fine, and her efforts to help me understand topics, manage time and how to complete the work has been amazing. I cannot stress enough the effort Emma has made for me. I had some difficulty during my apprenticeship as I found out I was moving area, knowing the time and hard work I had put into this, I did not want to leave without completing the course. Emma made sure I got what I needed and has really gone above and beyond for me. Not only is she an amazing tutor with all of the work and masterclasses and my understanding of things, she always checks how I am, reminds me if there is anything I am stressed or unsure about (in her words) she is one call away. Without Emma I would not be where I am now! With all of this help and hard work, I have been able to form a plan and begin my dream of opening my own business, whilst feeling confident. I am amazing in my current role and would be able to progress. I have developed so much knowledge and life skills throughout. It is not just coursework and teams meetings, it has helped me with a lot! If you are like me, or if you have a child like me or loved one, did not get along with school very well, still finding your feet or have a dream, this is 100% the way to go. The difference this course has made over this past year has been unreal, and now I am perusing my dream in June 2026 - a place I thought I would never get too!

Not only is this a review to let everyone know how great this process has been and that I would recommend juniper to many - but also a huge thank you to the lovely ladies and juniper who helped me along the way, a huge thank you to Emma, and to make sure if anyone feels as if they are in the same situation I was - anything is possible :)

I'm coming towards the end of my Level 3 Team Leader apprenticeship. This course has been fantastic and has help me massively in my role! My skills coach Darren has supported me throughout and is always on hand. He is an amazing skills coach with a hug amount of knowledge!!!
