I was referred to Jumper Local about a year ago, from another business owner where I live, who had mentioned he had tried everything to get more phone calls, and online bookings, and the only thing that worked for him was this. We started in March for our summer season, our phones have been ringing and people have been booking online, more than we expected. It really helps increase your presence on Google Maps, and your google search rankings. I have been getting people to book trips from over 100+ miles away just from searching on google. They just replaced my account manager, and the new lady is great. She gave us detailed ways of how we can continue to increase our rankings on google search, and google maps. 10/10 recommend for anyone looking to get more business from google maps.

Incredibly unprofessional. Late to the call, representative was completely disengaged - couldn't care less about this important call I scheduled into my very full calendar. We were on the call for 3 minutes and he was burping throughout the 3 minute call. I couldn't believe my eyes. He just went straight to the money - "It's 499 per month. Can you afford that?" My response was, "So that's it hey, jump right to the money? What exactly are you doing for $499 per month?" His response was, "getting you in these top three listings on Google." Yes, I am prepared to pay $499 per month to a company that actually gives a shit about what they are doing and they do it professionally and with integrity. This guy was a slob. Quite unbelievable actually. Sorry.

Jumper Media called me after I filled out a link on social media. The lady was not very friendly and spoke as if she didn't want to work. anyway, her free one-week requires that she do some type of survey for a week, and she scheduled a follow-up meeting Would you believe that lady got on the zoom said your website is in the red that i should go hire an SEO company ? she cancelled the meeting and left How ths makes sense? time wasters

I've been with Jumper Media 3 months have have seen a major increase in my maps ranking, call volume and sign up and gross income already. Quick background...I own a martial arts school in Katy, TX where we have 35 martial art schools in a 10 mile radius - highly competitive for and industry that serves 1-3% of the population. Long story short, I've spend 7000 last year on social media advertising, with minimal results. So I wanted something more organic ranking / exposure. I love jumper media, I gave decide it to be part of my monthly budget for now on based on all the results I've seen so far. Finially something that actually works! Great job guys. Side note everyone is professional and very friendly.

I set up and confirmed an appointment for 2 PM. No one showed up after 15 minutes. I sent an email stating was very unprofessional to not show up to a meeting and not even a call to apologize. They replied back 45 minutes later stating that they cannot service my real estate business because I don’t have a Google business page which is incorrect second, they said they could not provide me with a service because they already serve another real estate agent. it’s bizarre to me that they cannot provide a service within a 60 mile radius. Absolutely the opposite of their testimonials .

they set up a meeting and I waited and then canceled because I don't have an address on my Google site which meets the criteria for my Google site because people have me come to their home or business. I have been scammed by other companies such as apex and Sky streamline. Do not trust them. The ad that they used to get my attention said that they would not charge anything until they prove their service. This was not true.

They waste my time!!! Schedule a meeting with me. I waited over 30 minutes, and no one was there. Be aware of scammers!! Check their reviews on Yelp! 2 stars reviews; now i understand why

Took time out of my day to set up a call with you and you never called after I reached out 3 times and waiting 20 minutes for your call. I think I'll pass, its a wonder how you're still in business tbh
