I pointed out that this is not possible, since table games such as blackjack don’t award these types of bonuses. She put me on hold again.

When she returned, the explanation changed. She said the bonus had actually been triggered the night before and blamed the discrepancy on a time difference yet still claimed I won the free bonus game while playing blackjack. That explanation also failed to hold up. Then, after I challenged the original claim, the timestamp for the bonus was then changed to 11:04 p.m.

Here are the facts: a bonus was added to my account while I was not playing; I was given conflicting explanations about the time it was triggered, and most troubling all while apparently playing a table game (which is impossible to win a free bonus game since they don’t exist within Blackjack games), and finally the timestamp was then altered after I questioned it.

This is not a misunderstanding, it’s a deliberate method to block withdrawals and take player funds.

Here’s how it works in practice: you have $1,000 in your account and try to withdraw it. The casino adds a “free” bonus game to your account without your knowledge, then tells you that because of this free bonus game, you can only withdraw $25 (which is the maximum amount attached to the “free bonus”) and only after you forfeit the remaining $975. If you accept the $25 and forfeit the rest, you still can’t withdraw it because the minimum withdrawal is $100.

The result is the same either way, you don’t get your money.

This is the systematic taking of player funds under the guise of bonus terms, and there is no meaningful way to report it when the only place to raise the issue is with the casino itself. That’s like reporting a theft to the thief.

Don't waste your time or money. They tell you thing and switch it around. And will take your winnings without a second thought. They'll tell you to this and then do that but it's just an endless loop of lies. And if they decide to pay you, it'll be on their time. They do not follow their own rules or guidelines.

Banking and rules state after the withdrawal is flushed on a bitcoin it takes 3 days to get money and I still haven't received my withdrawal and it will take almost two weeks from what I was informed by some people on live chat many different excuses and basically lies. Horrible. This casino allows you to deposit using so many different ways but the withdrawals are terrible. I deposited using credit card and it was fine. I also got a bonus and played through the requirements and tried to cash out the $100. You can withdraw through wire transfer however even though I submitted all my acct info and my banks Swift code for international wire transfer they stated that they my bank does not accept international wire transfers which it does. I called my bank and they walked me through how to receive the money internationally. I gave up then tried to withdraw the only other way which is Bitcoin and I could not do that either because they require that 50% of your deposits must have been made with Bitcoin. I will never play here again even though I really enjoyed the games. If you cannot withdraw your winnings why bother. They make it so difficult to withdraw.
