Complete scam. Ordered 2 dresses but went to cancel the same evening. They ignored my cancel request, saying they could not refund (an email that came 2 days later). After telling them I wanted to completely cancel the order, not attempt to return, they told me the order had already been shipped so. When checking the tracking info, the item hadn’t even been processed and didn’t ship until a week after.
You can’t even dispute the claim with your credit card company since there’s nothing in the terms & service about cancelling, just that THEY have the right to so if they want.
Dresses don’t even look like the picture and can’t even be worn publicly without flashing everyone, the side slit is WAY too high

This company is a scam. Avoid at all costs. Any positive reviews that you see are fake. Their instagram is full of bots and they delete any negative comments on their posts. Items are not at all as advertised. They will not give you a refund. Even when you try to send items back, they will not action them through customs so the items will be returned to you and you’ll be out of shipping costs as well.

This company is robbing people and they truly need to be shut down. I am looking into taking legal action to get my money back! Do not buy anything from them!!!

I bought a dress from this site, tried to use models measurements and what not for sizing. Got the dress and it was WAY too short, unwearable. The company refuses to let me return it, and is now just not responding to contact.
Would not recommend.

I got two dresses from them, one satin and one knitted, and I love both of them! Definitely going to buy more soon

Awful! I’ve paid £40 for a bracelet and necklace (bearing in mind that’s the SALE price - should of been £80!) and it’s cheap plastic!!!! Disgusting, still no reply from customer service 🤬🤬

Paid 49 euros for a dress that looks nice on the picture but is of appalling quality in real life. Wouldn't dare to go outside wearing it.

I have bought two dresses and some jewelry from this store: The Satin Split Dress in both Red and Black, I was a bit concerned with the quality and the size guide but once I received my order I was very surprised on how good and comfy the material is! as well as for the sizing, good thing the material is stretchable :D as for the jewelry its gold plated and waterproof, very simple and elegant. the packaging of the products were clean and neat, looking forward to purchase again with my discount code :)

I feel scammed. The dress I got was terrible quality, nothing like it's advertised and had a product defect. Even though it says 14 day money back guarantee my refund was also not honored because it was discounted (even though my sales order did not show it was a sale item). Now I am left with a terrible dress (like it's laughable how bad it is lol) and wasted money. Don't make my mistake! Avoid avoid avoid

Bought a dress for £40, reduced from £80 - it arrived in reasonable time however the quality was poor, even based on the reduced price. I sent an email to request a return and was told I was not eligible due to the item being discounted. After stating my consumer rights, they agreed to a refund but the item needed to be sent back to an address in Belgium at my own cost. After posting the item, it was returned to me as Julliat failed to action the customs requirement on their side. Now I am stuck with a dress I do not want, a wasted postage fee and an equally unhelpful customer service who will do anything to avoid providing a refund in full. Avoid!

Such an easygoing, stress-free process for selling my beloved jewelry pieces. Highly recommend!

On the 4th of January I ordered a dress at this webshop. Today, the 24th, I received my order. I understand shipping times can take longer due to COVID-19, but this was a lot longer than expected.

Secondly, the dress does not look like the picture on the website. The fabric is extremely shiny and the dress is a lot shorter than shown on the website (I am 1.68m, so not that tall that I could have expected it to be that much shorter). The dress looks cheap and is a waste of the €50 I paid for it (and it was on sale, original price was €98).

Another thing that might be nice to know, is that the dress was shipped directly from China. I would love to return the item, but the refund policy is not applicable on items that are on sale. Even if the refund policy were applicable on my order, I would be responsible for paying the shipping costs. I took a chance on this webshop, but unfortunately it was a waste of money.

I was one of their first customers, which they let me know in a very kind email. I really felt personally welcomed by them. I got myself a necklace and after a couple days it arrived in a nice package and I wear it a lot now. So a 5/5 stars for you, Julliat! :)
