JulesB UK is a fantastic and reliable online store from UK. First, I'm a curious new customer, that eventually switched over to be a regular JulesB UK online shopper and customer from Vancouver BC Canada for almost 5 years now. The best online store of designers clothes and others. I bought all my Fred Perry shirts, polos, brentham jackets and sweaters at JulesB UK in USD. The response was good, delivery was fast via Royal Mail and Canada Post. Price discounts are sometimes offered. Recently, as just 2 weeks ago, I ordered 1 Fred Perry sweater and 1 polo shirts at good price discount of 20%, for good quality made Fred Perry clothing. Just received my order it in less than 2 weeks. Same with my previous orders, no problem at all. Great job JulesB UK. The jacket was super huge. I am always size 10 in self portrait. It didn't say it runs large. The website doesn't offer a shipping label for return. It would cost me 120 dollars to ship it back. Super unhappy.

The quick shipping and turnaround delivery to the US. One suggestion that i do have for the team is please for different brand do provide correct sizing don't put up a generic size chart and expect every brand to have similar sizing. I ordered a Large Stenstorm shirt and i glad i did because it fit my buddy exactly, medium would be too small.

I order a white coat and a silver coat was sent. I should not have to pay for returning a coat incorrectly described.

They blatantly lie. Do not trust their sizing guide. I ordered a Hackett Gilet, according to JulesB’s online guide for the product a size XXL equated to a 44” chest. I already owned another Hackett Gilet supplied by JulesB also size XXL that fitted perfectly. When the latest Gilet arrived it was a size 52”!! Fitted like a tent, grossly oversized. JulesB’s disingenuous position? That their sizing is identical to Hackett’s and if it’s marked XXL it’s a XXL. Their Customer services manager blatantly lies, is irresponsive to complaints unless the client chases repeatedly. Excuses for delays varied from alleging that she did not receive my email (twice) and also that she was off sick. Oh please. I am still waiting for a response to those two emails. Currently also waiting for a response to my continued complaint email dated 9th February. The manager thinks that she can avoid all of those communications, ignore all of the pertinent questions and general content and simply hide behind a blatant lie that has already been exposed in her last response. The lack of competence and professionalism is palpable. Although I do appreciate the difficulties in responding, simply because JulesB’s position is totally indefensible. To think that all of this over a matter of principle. The return postage fee of just £15.95. Yet JulesB instead of accepting that their clothing guide is not fit for purpose, is generic and not manufacturer specific as they wrongly claim would choose to dig their heels in in spite of overwhelming evidence including screenshots, product measurements (as supplied) etc. Over ten years of custom from an entire family. Thousands upon thousands of pounds worth of business discarded because of a customer services managers apparent ego and seemingly non existent levels of common sense. I would like to think that the founders of this company did not build their highly successful business based on the negative values now being projected by employees of this brand. I’m retired, I have plenty of time to commit to unscrupulous companies and I fully intend to do so - on a point of principle. Edit - Following JulesB’s response below the blatant lie continues. Their size guide states that an XXL size for the garment in question was 44” when it is in fact 52”. I sent them a screen shot and I still have it. Unfortunately there is no scope to publish here to show them out for what they are. There was a time when companies had ethics and cared about their reputations. JulesB simply choose to lie after lie. A once great company ruined by total incompetence. Next, consumer affairs, trading standards etc etc to further expose their wrongs. P.s They claim to have fully investigated this complaint yet the manager has failed to respond to my last three emails, politely requesting justification for their ludicrous decision and of course exposing their blatant lies - the photographic evidence provided throughout this complaint all conveniently ignored They are an absolute disgrace to reputable retail - modern day pirates of the 21st century.
