I ordered the witchy one on 10/15/25 with an expected delivery date of 10/23/25. I was going to take this to Salem, MA with me to match all my witch attire. I had to chat when I returned home on 10/28/25 ask where my order even was. I got back “We’re not sure what happened but it’s been shipped.” that was the only response which was pretty disappointing when I wanted to take it with me on my trip.

I ordered a halloween tumbler and yes it was on pre-order. I ordered it on JUNE 30TH AND STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT. So much for my friends birthday present and for using a cute tumbler this halloween season. Maybe you should post the dates that we as clients are going to receive an item- I would have looked for something else had I know it would take 4 freaking AND STILL COUNTING months to get it.

I love the tumbler love all the different dogs just wish the kid and handle was offered in different colors yellow isn’t my favorite. I have the cat one and it is the perfect size and keeps things hot for a long time so I am sure I will have the same quality with this dog tumbler!!

Product is fine. Was unaware that this was a 2024 version. Would have liked to know that before purchasing. This could have been an oversight on my part, however.

This was my second time ordering from Juggy. The first time went very smoothly., and I was completely satisfied. However this time, I preordered on September 1 and still have not received my order. Contacting Juggy is anything but easy.. When I tried tracking my order, it said it did not exist. Fingers crossed that it arrives soon. Updated… finally received package and today is my grandson’s birthday and as he opens his present, which is the Pokemon special edition tumbler , he is so excited! Then he turns it around to find a BIG dent in it!! Thanks Juggy for the look of disappointment in his face! Trying to reach out to Juggy, trying to even repurchase it and nothing! Ughhhh

I still haven’t received my order. Thumbs down 👎🏽. I would not recommend this website to anyone. I placed the order back in July and I have yet to receive my order. Unless you like giving away money, by all means go ahead and order. I’m not giving away any more of my hard earned money to JUGGY.

I’ve never received the items ordered in JULY. I expected them in time for use during breast cancer awareness month. Wondering if I’ll receive them by thanksgiving. One of the was a gift for a friend fighting breast cancer. She could have used the emotional boost the gift may have provided.

The address my order is being sent to is the wrong address. I emailed them 4 months ago to change it and they said they did. This is unacceptable.

Pre ordered a juggy in July. Terrible communication. Order marked as delivered 10/30, tracking still shows USPS as “label created”. Original cost $39.99….same juggy now on “sale” for $19.99. Shame, not sure what has happened to this brand.

When my preorder product went out of stock and wouldn’t be coming back in stock they messaged me and gave me store credit to get something else instead. They were quick to answer back and answer all my questions. I was satisfied and went back to order something else in place of my other order.

I saw the ad on facebook. I have never heard of Juggy before. I am still waiting for it to arrive. It was a preorder but within a couple of days I got a notice that it was on it's way.
