I purchased some trainers a while ago which were out of stock but I messaged on the off chance and they replied saying they had a pair left in my size which were used for show, they sold them to me happily. Once they arrived I was blown away with the quality and look of the shoe, 12/10 will definitely buy again!

First bought a pair of these trainers whilst out shopping ,fantastic quality really pleased, so looked at Black Friday sale ordered a pair of same trainer in different colour realised when placed order I had ordered my normal size and previously had to go size up ,it was a Sunday evening tried to contact and clinked on link on website and started what’s app chat straight away and problem sorted immediately shoes then arrived within a day I have to say fantastic service and please order these shoes you will not be disappointment fantastic quality and affordable price and customer service excellent ,first class…

Reached out to the team when I was unsure about what size to get. Received swift and friendly response. Got the PIERRE blacks on preorder. Was kept up to date throughout the process. It came much quicker than expected.

What an unbelievable experience, I was told my trainers were out of stock, messaged directly, I was able to swap out for another pair and they were out on next day delivery as I needed them for holiday! I can confirm the trainers are also as epic as they look, great quality, fit and comfort! Don't hesitate if you're thinking about getting any of these, you won't regret it! I'll defo be buying more!!! Thank you!!!!!

Disappointed. The trainers are actually quite nice but just not what I was after. The returns process is shocking. Cost me £13 to return them. So £20 down just to view and try them on. Thy were also very slow to process the return. Would have just appreciated more honesty in the website about the returns process before ordering.

Great trainers and great contact when asking questions

Recently purchased a pair of the Nico range and they are up there with the best footwear I have ever worn, the fit, the look, and the quality are exceptional. Considering I have always bought Arne, and have always disregarded other brands, I was amazed at how good these were! They get a lot of looks! Delivery was excellent too.

I actually messaged Jude Llow on Instagram asking for further images of the trainer. They were very helpful and it felt like a real personal service.

Having ordered x4 pairs because I was unsure which would suit me best, I then ran into terrible issues with delivery of the return. This was through no fault of my own or Jude Llows. After another message to them they were very understanding in still offering me my refund outside of the allotted refund window.

I was after the Telier in Taupe but sold out online, messaged on instagram got a really quick response and said to check in Harvey Nichs as they had stock. Went today and picked them up! Will be ordering a black pair soon, guys a top bloke and has a top quality brand.

Been buying from this brand since it started and you can’t go wrong with the quality, designs and customer service, just bought the the new style Nico’s as I bought two pairs of the original ones when they first came out and the colour ways and upgrades they’ve mad to the original version is top quality the shoe was already a great shoe but some how they have made it even better. The shoes are perfect for every occasion and the comfort is spot on as well I’d give this company 10 stars if I could this is my go to footwear brand now.
